As a mom and someone who went to school for 8 years to acquire this knowledge (😂 it’s a joke … obviously even people who didn’t go to med school know this) that it is unhealthy the amount of sleep you do not get. I don’t think anyone would bitch if you’re like hey I was away with the fam … just drove 6 hours which with a baby that’s like 6 months old feels like 12 hours … I’m exhausted I NEED to catch up on some sleep… or just say hey I sleep like shit if I get 3 hours of sleep a night that’s a lot I don’t have videos filmed for the next few days so there will be a few days with no videos! You need to get more sleep than you do. Take a melatonin if you need to but you’ll be no good to anyone if you end up in the er from exhaustion… or god forbid driving home one night late and falling asleep. Do it for those babies of yours!! Don’t get me wrong I watch your videos every damn day…. Days that I’m home it give me a 15 min break from 3 year old twins who are obsessed with running around in heels all day every day so all you hear is that click and the clack and fighting over hello kitty and Barbie and days I’m at work especially when it’s an overnight that shit is perfection! I can turn my brain off and just be entertained but you’ll be no good to your subs or even more importantly to your family if you are in a hospital. You need more sleep!! Baby girl should be sleeping through the night by now no? If she’s not then when she goes down for a nap you take a nap too! Gotta keep yourself healthy. Sleep and drinking more water!
