As soon as the guy came in to a restricted area, he should have started shouting that he wasn’t authorized there and threaten to call security if he didn’t. From the sound of things, he was in a specialized secret department that reported directly to the President of the company. As soon as William started this bullshit, he should have gone directly gone to the President and not normal channels.
