I literally just got hacked yesterday and it makes me glad that this vid is a bit recent. Although you said that rh responded, they responded two months later😭. Idk if they'll even respond to me and give my items back, this video gives me hope! I'm glad u got your items back!!
2 months is kinda long ngl,, but like I said it's better than nothing! As long as you've contacted and provide them enough evidence that you got hacked, they'll be able to get back to you regarding on your situation. I hope you get your items back really soon!
@@ycantongaming I didn't catch the account that took my items, but I have screenshots of a different login from "unknown". I also have the video and traderie account that I clicked on to get hacked. Do you think that'll be enough evidence?
Omg, this makes me so hopeful. I got hacked two days ago and have already secured my Roblox account finally. I got 400k diamonds and my GoT set were robbed from me. I emailed them yesterday and I’m super hopeful 😭
Goshh 2 days ago... 😔 it made me realize now that the reason why it took them 2 months to return my items is because a lot of players are still getting hacked in RH... I'm glad this video made you hopeful and I really do hope you get your items back soon! You just need to be patient with them! 💗
@@XavierEwing-mw3qp so it’s a lot of steps but first i had to ask Roblox support for help resetting my password. After i got my account back i emailed the royale high devs and they asked for screenshots that Roblox support was helping me w my password that included dates and times. Also the name and player id of the account that was hacked, the date that you were hacked, how u think u got hacked, what’s missing in your inventory, specific player(s) that you think may have hacked your account. But they lost all of the things they need from you in the emails. I also sent them the email i got from the exact time i got hacked which included the ip address and location that I is not where i actually live. Hope this helps and good luck!! :)

I had all of my items gone during the Valentines Update. I really hope that Royale High can fix this since you're video really brings me hope. hey, my account got hacked today, and i lost 3 of my halos and GOT set, your video gave me a hope that i can get my items back, but may i know if they send it back to your hacked account or to you new account? as the hacked account is at high risk of being hacked again.
Hii! They have returned all of my items back to my main account, which is the account that got hacked before. I don’t think they can return items into a new account, if ever you’ll be making one. Be sure to change your password and add any 2-step verification that Roblox will recommend you into your account, just like what I did here. You can also reach out to Roblox themselves if you’ve encountered any other issues to your account, they respond quicker than Royale High support. @LxveBriiiii It's been a long time likely last year around September. But at that time, I didn't find a way to get it back because I rarely played rh, and I guess that why I got hacked by someone logged into my account and traded them away. As if I would like to do it now, I just want to check my trade history. That's all since I lost my items. i didn't do any trade. I got hacked after campus 3 was released like a month (I guess, because I couldn't remember the exact date). I don't know if it was too late to contact them.

I provided the traderie user I clicked on Screenshots of me wearing the items or having expensive outfits And screenshots of my dims which were a high number And I hope this is enough information!

this happened to me yesterday. i never friended this girl too. i just changed my password and emailed everyone so i can get my stuff back. she’s from united arab😑😑. all my sets are gone including 538k diamonds.
Please be careful when clicking links or Suspicious activity! (Only saying this because alot of people get hacked or scammed this way) if you got hacked,I would recommend changing your password as soon as possible and contact royale high support and roblox support aswell. hopefully you can get your items back
@@ycantongaming I'm trying my best to prove that I lost my items cuz I don't have any proofs since my email wasn't verified that time and I don't have any screenshots of my inventory either. I do hope they look through my trade history to see that I'm telling the truth 😞
How long did it take the support team to respond? I emailed about 3 days ago because my account was also hacked and they took all my halos and still no response. I’m starting to feel ignored and get really anxious.
Like what I said in the video, it took them 2 months to respond and return all of my items. I know it's kinda long but I'm still glad they've responded to my situation. But some of the comments that I've got here, it only took them 3-7 days. The time for them to respond can vary. I hope RH support would get to you soon!
I have not gotten my items back yet but they hav responded and I am still in communication with them to get everything sorted out. They have been responding to me once every two days. @@briellav

Oh no :(( those links are SCAMS! they’ll make a fake Roblox website and they can easily get your username and password. I hope next time this won’t happen again! I also do hope you get your items back 🤞

Please ignore my name, sorry- I just got hacked, my email sent a code that was accessed from the Netherlands and now my diamonds are gone so are my WHIMSY WITCH and Swan items, I hope I get them back, this happened an hour ago or so, I just emailed them a few minutes ago! Yes they did. I believe they left some unwanted items in my inventory before when I got hacked, like the canadian flag and some dewdrop items. They traded those items just to not make it suspicious and to avoid in getting banned from the trading hub. But when royale high fixed my issue and returned all of my stuff, those duplicate items are gone.
