Getting my invisalign Aug. 1st. I'm so nervous but excited! I think I've watched every RU-vid video on invisalign 😂 please keep updating us with your invisalign journey!
I am on my 2nd tray out of 24. I got my attachments on the first day. I have the same toothbrush as you and on the second day of wearing my trays, I went to brush in the morning and it was so painful that I had to use a manual toothbrush for 2 days. So just a heads up. Hopefully you won't have the same experience due to the propel tool. Also I wear my trays for 2 weeks at at time, so I went and got the Polident Retainer daily cleanser tablets. I got them for $4.77 a box (Canadian price) from Walmart and they are amazing. I use 1 tablet everyday in the morning and my first week tray was just as clear as when I opened it. So I highly recommend them. Oh and one more thing, I also ordered a pul key from Amazon. It was only 10 bucks and it makes taking out my aligners so much easier. Saves on manicure cost!! Hope these little tips help
Hey there! So glad to find somebody on the same boat as me! Thank you for suggesting the polident cleaner! I'm going to pick some up soon and hopefully it works out for me as well. I don't have my attachments yet but I did experience the sensitivity when I was trying to brush my teeth with the phillips brush the on the second day with my first tray, thankfully I haven't experienced any pain while on my 2nd aligner thus far, is just feels tight but very comfortable. I did notice that if I feel any bit of soreness or tenderness, The phillips brush has been massaging it away. Hope everything is going well for you! Thank you for taking the time to watch my video and leave your helpful tips.
I got my attachments from the get go on the first day. I’m on my first tray week 1 and I am totally a slow eater so it has been an adjustment to eat faster lol. The attachments made it easier for me to get used to taking them off without any struggle. I did notice I got slight headaches, but that only lasts one day, the 4 th day.
am i the only one that thought that her bedding looked like david's from schitt's creek? it's so cool!! looks so good! anyways, so happy for you and your invisalign ❤
Today is my first day with my aligners and they did my attachments same day and omg taking them out 😩😩😩😩 it feels like your teeth are going to come out with the trays
Rose Fonseca Hey there thanks for watching! Congrats on almost starting your new journey, sorry to hear about the insurance thing but I hope you have a good experience over all
I’m 16 in England and through a private orthodontist I paid £1500 ($2000). I’m on tray 10/14 and everything is included, including: the teeth filing I had to have done (interproximal something), the train track braces that I may optionally have after all the trays to try and move my jaw a bit (that would be around 1 or 2 months), one set of retainers and a few follow up appointments.
Your treatment sounds like mine. I have a mild open bite due to tongue thrust too. I have 29 trays too, according to my clin-check. I will have about 2 yrs too. I will start in a week or two. I was nervous my from teeth might gap too🤔
Hey there! How exciting, have you started your treatment already? I'm hoping the gaps are just part of the process and hoping they will close up with future trays!
@@HangingwithTheOsos I haven't started yet. The Ortho re-did my clin-check because he was trying to fix some things. I got to wait 1 to 2 more weeks🙄. I did buy something on eBay called Orthorush. It is like Acceledent but cheaper. I bought it for pain not to finish trays quicker. I will let you know how it works
I just started my invisalign on Wednesday along with attachments and rubberbands from day one. I am in so much pain. Can you tell me what kind of cbd oil you used on your jaw?
I'm about to get my invisalign in two weeks and I'm seriously debating whether I should splurge on the propel tool. I use an oral B electric toothbrush and I love it, but i did work up to the strong setting. So I'm wondering if it would do the same thing that the propel is supposed to do, because my concern is pain management. I'm a teeth clenched so all in all, I'm very close to going for it, but $400 for the tool is no joke. Not sure what to do, what do you think?
Hey there congrats on your new journey! Honestly I think your better bet is getting a good electric brush, the propel tool was very pricey and vibrates so gently that you can barely feel it, I’m totally feeling like I wasted my money on it, but I still use it every night
Hi just started my Invisalign last week!!! Hope you continue to share your journey. Mine cost about that price also. I change trays once a week as opposed to every 2 weeks. 50 trays total. Thanks for sharing. Will be following.
Hey everyone! Thank you for all of the love on this video! Unfortunately I never made an update video, but here’s a little update! I’m currently awaiting to start round 2 of refinement trays!! My first round of refinements was 22 trays. My teeth look soooo much better than they used to, but they’re just not quite there yet!
I have a invisalign too, and I´m at the third aligner now, today I´d get the attachments, but I´m scared to lose them or because of brushing my teeth let them fall out of my mouth. How s it going with yours? And do I need to be scared?
Hey there congrats on your Invisalign!! Looks like we’re on the exact same boat! I too am on tray 3 and I get my attachments along with tray 4 on Monday! I’m nervous too, mostly because I like how discreet my Invisalign looks right now but I know it will all be worth it 🤗
@@HangingwithTheOsos Well, hi again! I´m gonna tell you, it¨s pretty easy with the attachments, the feeling on the first few days is annoying, but you are gonna get used to it. You don´t have to be nervous! Good luck with your Invalisign!
