My son was born in November of last year. When he's away from me he takes 4oz bottles. But I would suggest doing a few weighted feeds with her if you have a scale that does ounces. Weigh her before she nurses, and then immediately after. However much she changes in ounces is how much she ate.

i work at a daycare and we’ve always done 4oz bottles for the babies, especially when they’re eating solids however much they drink from the bottle they’re still getting everything they need from meals/snacks throughout the day!

My daughter is 9.5 months, the days I go to work I feed her before I leave and once before she goes to bed. During the day she has 3 ~5oz bottles. About 15 oz a day. If she has a 6 oz bottle one fed, the next she will have a 4 oz bottle. Hope that helps! She also eats three meals a day.

Did a long trip with our two month old and would say top takeaways: -On the Europe side the lag is REAL. We actually took a "nap" around 4 with our son and kept sleeping to reset all of our body clocks. If you could manage something similar while waking up once to eat maybe I think that was super helpful -On the flight have things to do for both the kids and try to see ahead of time if any of the airports you are connecting through have a play area (some eu airports have playgrounds) -The yoyo is a really good travel stroller (it's developed to fit in the overhead compartments and you can unfold it one handed) -Then of course the take off and landing ear popping thing, a bottle with a little water or breastmilk works or breastfeeding ( I just had my son forward facing the way the flight attendants wanted him to be and then I started feeding immediately after they did the security check ( he still had the seat belt on) but it worked really well for any ear problems -The long flight staff generally are super accommodating when you are a breastfeeding mom or just a parent, I got free snacks and extra water because you really dry out up there, so make sure to drink extra water and bring extra for the kids too (also helps with the lag)

Hi! Aspyn! Your sweet gorgeous Lola had the same due date as our daughter (October 15th, our baby girl came on due date) So they’re around the same month’s- We give her between 6 oz of formula milk during her morning/ and moon feedings to keep her full. Sometimes up to 7 oz Her pediatrician said to so give her more (Up to 8 oz) We use the tall Dr. Brown bottle’s. But, like you said as they’re growing they eat less , But at night they should still take the full bottle. If that makes sense. Happy Birthday sweet darling Cove 🌻

I was just in Europe with my 2 kids! I have a soon to be 3 yr old in September & a 6 month old in 5 days😭 it was such a great experience with a couple rough patches but better that anything I was imagining! We took my toddler's car seat & didn't use it once since the town we were in for 2 weeks (Murren, Switzerland) didn't have cars! Then from there we took trains to Paris & still didn't use that other than my baby's Doona which is FANTASTIC for traveling! I can share more stories about how it went 3 weeks later if you'd like to know but I'm sure your girlies will be fine traveling across the sea❤️

Hey been watching yiu guys for years now well before you had the girls and married. Mine is 7 months and first he only used to have 2 ounces of milk each time till he was 4 months. Now he has around 3 ounces of milk but I have stopped extracting milk as he stopped taking milk from the bottle 2 month's ago. The bottle milk just goes to waste. Just warm the milk Cove drinks so there is no waste. I know it's difficult coz these days I have been throwing away 7 8 ounces of milk as he does not want the bottle. Mine was pulling himself n crawling from 2.5 months to 6 months. Now he is fully crawling and can stand up or walk with one hand held and one on the sofa. He strides up the stairs and wants to climb absolutely anything even if a person is in front of him bless. He does eat but very little. Hope you guys stay blessed tc yall

i am so happy to be able to grow up with coco i admire her being the oldest child bc they are the rock of the siblings, but i being the youngest have it easier, so i hope you and parker help coco bc being the oldest is a challenge

My 10 month old drinks about 25-30 oz/day! I usually pump 4-5oz bottles and it always seems like a perfect size feeding/he’s always satisfied but not wasting any!

My daughter is almost the exact same age as Lola, and we just went away for a 4 day trip! I was also super nervous about amounts to leave with my parents, and I have a difficult time pumping too. She is also a really good eater, and she ended up drinking 4oz bottles, 4-5 times a day (that includes 1 night feed). Hope that helps! 😊

just a tip for the dots on the cake haha, if you have warm water running and you stick your finger under the water, while your finger is wet, you can pat the dots down with your fingertip and it smooths out the peaks. obvi don’t put a lot of water on your finger bc you don’t want water marks on the dots, but i worked in a bakery and this is what we do. as long as your hands are clean it’s not weird :)

Not sure how accurate this is as I heard it years ago with my oldest, but I was told that breastfed babies only need approx 5 oz per feeding because breastmilk is more nutrient dense than formula, which is why formula fed babies take 6-8oz bottles. I always offered 4-5oz bottles to my EBF babies and they did just fine!
