There is no "your the man" when it comes to finances. If you work you pay an equitable amount towards life and bills. You make more, you pay more. You make less, you pay less. If you make nothing, that is on the other to decide if they accept that. Any other perspective is just looking for a free ride and to take advantage of the other.
