I got mine for $19.99 + free shipping on tiktok. I like to walk but it's too hot here in the summer. I dont have room for a walking pad. I was hoping the Stepper would have a way to make the peddal movement easier and harder but it just seems hard is the only option - I had to twist the +/- knob in all the way to keep the cord on the wheel. I can only do it for about 5 min and I really only feel it in my calves and upper thighs. I was hoping it would be more like a stair stepper at the gym. I find holding the arm bands helps with balance even if I'm not continuously using them.
I'm testing this Niceday product as well. I found compared to my last one that the steps are a bit higher giving you bigger steps my inner thighs can feel it. Thanks this reviews help👍
hey! just bought one of these, used it for a bit and it was great. But I'm a little confused about the distance I'm walking. It simple says steps, calories and time I believe. Is there any way to convert that into miles?
Um...the place where your "head" goes through? Maybe I'm misunderstanding this question, but you don't put your head through anything. Did you mean something else?
are all mini steppers the same in that the sunny says it cant be used for over 15 min and it needs to rest for 30 min after? and is this dangerous if one doesnt time it well?
It seems to me that the two I've tried, Sunny and Niceday, are remarkably similar. Therefore, I tend to think they can both only be used for 15 minutes (for some reason the Niceday Stepper doesn't have that warning). They could break on you in the middle of a workout if you don't give them a rest, so yes, I guess that could be dangerous.
@@FitnessFinance4uI just purchased the Sunny brand version based on your review of it. I purchased the Smart model that syncs with their app. Perhaps the Niceday brand just didn’t list the warning so I appreciate that Sunny did. I see the hydraulics as the same on both brands. Sunny was just considerate to list the warning. As I mentioned, Sunny has an app and also an Apple TV app which will allow me to do their stepper videos on a bigger screen. I’ve noticed that Sunny also makes other fitness equipments but I’m not sure how good they are. They have corresponding videos for them as well. I have the apps installed. I’m just waiting for the stepper to arrive.
my problem is I have neuropothy? in my left leg. I dont know if this would be too much or not. I should be working my legs, Like to do it inside. Appreciate the review.
I just got my niceday mini stepper a week and a half ago. I use it everyday for about 15 to 20 minutes. I noticed today it began to squeak. I am unaware of how to oil it. Can you do a quick video on how to properly oil the cylinders? I am new to the maintenance of home equipment. I am a person who went to the gym everyday so I never learned the upkeep. Please share any suggestion on this model.
I don't think I'll be doing a maintenance video on it, but I did find this video. Hope it helps! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Pc7TEERYmoo.htmlsi=5SjTpgHMgS4qYPNW
Do you happen to have any videos on walking pads for review? Would you mind suggesting which one/s are likely the best. Your style for presenting reviews is educational and professional which assists in appropriate decision making. Thank you.
Thank you for watching. Here’s my walking pad review. I Bought The #1 Selling Walking Pad Treadmill On Amazon | Sperax Walking Pad Under Desk Treadmill ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-vxCrxeNjq9U.html
I bought my first mini stepper today and i did my first 30 min cardio. My feelings are it gives us a very low intensity cardio, but it works. I have been using indoor cycling and elliptical for the last 15 years and i know my body burn fats reaction pretty well. I agree with you. If you go outside for a intensive walk, its better. but if you do weight training at home and for finishing it you want cardio, thats nice. Lets see the shape changes next weeks. thanks for sharing
I have my tension, medium, and I hate the sound when I step and it hits the bottom. I was thinking of finding some thing I could maybe put on the underside to cushion that sound so each step I’m making a clank clank clank clank am I doing something wrong? Is this just part of what this machine is? Did you find yourself?
That's strange. I gave mine away recently, but I remembered that when one pedal is down, the other is up. Have you loosened the knob under the pedals to decrease the tension? Maybe one of them got stuck? If that doesn't work I would return it.
Other than being hot, what are the dangers? Hot seems like just saying it gets hot is sufficient. What would be the need to actually stop at 10 -15 min?
I only had the Nice Day Mini Stepper for a month. But, I did have the Sunny Mini Stepper for about 6 months, which is very similar. I never lubricated it as I only used it for 15 mins every few days. I think if I used it everyday, I’d lubricate it every two weeks so it wouldn’t break.
