Thank God! You are alright / well. I was fearing the worst as l hadn't seen any new Pawn shop hunting or purchases from You in many months. But as I'm a 'Subscriber' to Blu-ray Bandit... An alert showed on my mobile. Clearly moving house & settling in takes time and effort. I have missed your unique presenting style and 4K, Blu-ray finds. I'm from London, England, UK. and have a 2,000+ dvd & blu-ray collection myself. So l do enjoy a charity shop visit here in London, England and also the Goodwill, Big Lots and various Pawn shops that You visit in USA and your trips to Florida. Many thanks & Kind regards, Movie Mad Marcus 🎬👍. PS. Wishing you continued good health walking Leo.
Biggest gripe is the gap space in between each shelf. This is clearly built for DVDs, and I'm assuming the pin holes are not drilled in a way to tighten the shelves up a bit?
You are correct, the holes are not spaced for perfect blu-ray height. I've looked into drilling new holes and ran tests to evaluate the possibilities but decided not to because after doing the measurements the space I'd save would only create an awkward new row that is about an inch too short for a vertical blu-ray case. If only the whole unit was 1 inch taller it would have worked!
Why can't these companies make the shelves go to the edge. I just don't like how the adjustable shelves are only 4.5 in deep. The UK version has the shelves go the whole 5.7 inch depth which is so much better looking. Its the only thing keeping me from buying these.
