Definitely maths plays a important role in ECE. First four semester separate paper for maths after that some of the other papers related to the maths but after 6 semester maths doesn't need much more. I am 2017 regulation student I don't know the current syllabus.

It is possible. Choose a technology. Collect 50 interview questions on that technology. Find answer for all those 50 questions, and the reason for those answers. (There are multiple videos available online, even in native languages like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi) Create a simple project with that technology. Add that project in your resume. By this time, you will get lot of confidence in yourself Attend all the interviews irrespective of the pay and location. Dont pay for anyone to schedule interview, Those are not needed in the current world - Dont wait only for big companies, attend any company - even smaller one.
