I always love how survivors are allowed to do 3 gens in the time it takes the killer to get one hook but the moment the killer focuses on their objective they're the bad guy.
When killers do anything relating to their objective, they're labeled as the bad guy. Examples include (These are the examples I have gathered from being a killer main): Forcing a 3 gen, 'Forcing' a 3 gen (As in I kicked gens and it just so happened to make a 3 gen), kicking a gen, hooking a survivor, walking past a hooked survivor to go somewhere else, checking lockers near a hooked survivor, hitting a survivor after they got trapped in a corner, mori killing a survivor, using dredge's power, using ghostface's power, using Chucky, playing killer, using bbq, using gen defense perks, using aura perks, using aggressive hunting perks, saying 'gg good luck with your next game', MY LITERAL USERNAME, and literally being a friendly killer
I had one survivor leaving salty comments in my profile who seemed genuinely stunned when I said 2 gens completed at 1 hook is pretty standard timing. Takes around 10-15 seconds to cross the map to survivor spawns, 30-40 seconds to end a chase, a few more seconds to hook someone. a single survivor can finish a gen in 90 seconds without any perks or items. And they don't have to interact with any opponent to do so.
@@darknightgamer4795 Losing is almost never fun. People need to get over themselves and realize that sometimes they are going to lose and that doesn't make the person who beat them evil
If someone were to tell my 4 year old ass who grew up watching Scooby-Doo that I would one day hear Shaggy Rogers say "ooohh get fucking cooked, nerd!", I'd have sh!t absolute blood.
@GoldenDeer_ On social media My job makes me interact with the general public and I go to all sorts of public social events in person and most human beings I meet in person are friendly, respectful and decent people...... online and on social media however........... It's one of the WORST places I think it's because people feel safe hiding behind anonymity since there are no consequences and because you can't see or experience other people's emotions personally that someone's empathy can't come into play. I think most people in real life end up feeling bad and remorseful when they see they upset a person but online... there is no empathy or remorse. Just insults and passive aggressive laughing emojis. It's the Internet
I've said it before and I'll say it again. Endgame camping and tunneling is absolutely acceptable. Gotta get your k's. Survivors tend to forget that killers have an objective too
i swapped to a completely different game nearly a year ago but you still find a way to make this game worthwhile to watch.. it's quite something on a sidenote it is funny as fuck when people come over to identity v and bitch about camping/tunneling, you know exactly where they're from
@@Ross516 i'd imagine the harassment they got for trying to eliminate their opposition would be pretty jarring ye, and that being on the game where while the gens are 10 sec slower the survs take 2x longer to die on hook and has basically explicitly advantaged camping to survivors in every way with things like base bt+guardian/reassurance/self-saves/hook grab removal/disabling powers around hooks (booba continues to dodge this though)
Ignoring tunneling basically means nothing now. It is just term salty people toss around. Does getting tunneled suck? Yes. However, your choice is either move on to next game and hope for a better one or press quit game and do something else. Do some killer tunnel to be toxic? Yes, but you cannot control that. And BHVR isn't really able to address that without nerfing killers into the ground. The anti-camp feature makes camping harder, but toxic players still find a way around it. At the end of the day, it is a game and people will be assholes. The only thing you control is whether you are going to be one of the assholes playing the game or not.
Fr. I hadn’t played survivor in like 3 months, loaded into a game, brought full altruism heal build because I wanted to be a good bean, and got instantly hard tunneled by a Blight at practically 5 gens. (He started tunneling at 5 gens but there was 4 gens by the time I died). Instead of waiting till endgame chat like a toxic survivor I just went next game and changed my build lol. Sure I thought he was a scum player but I wasn’t gonna go out of my way to belittle him.
That was pure gold!! 😂 That's literally my response to killers on Xbox, even when I get tunneled and it always surprises them :p But yea this is brilliant.. I didn't know disfunction was transmittable >_>
5:04 - as someone who has tried this recently, yes, having someone say anything related to this to me does in fact make me crawl closer to it Thank you for being a great person Spook! "They hated Jesus because he spoke the truth" - Some quote I heard once somewhere in a meme
don't give up on yourself, whether it gets better or worse at the very least you will come out a stronger and more resilient person. Speaking from my own experience :) I hope u find peace one day in this one life we have ❤🩹
You two are lovely people and I hope you are doing great today! Thank you for the kind words, and while I don't need to talk about any stresses- I certainly appreciate you a lot!
I honestly think holding toxic ttv accountable the way you do is admirable! Bc noone else will, and you are using your platform for good without even giving up their identity. Haters will hate, keep up the good work!
This feels like alt accounts or friends of someone you've called out in the past. They came into the stream *after* watching your videos, so they didn't just *happen* to drop in and see camping and tunneling.
I discovered SpooknJukes after I got emprisoned by two survivors in a corner and got killed off by the entity. The door was right there, but the Yoshi blocked me till the end and I never got to it in time. I was so mad, I started looking up videos that talk about that kind of behaviour. I discovered SpooknJukes and discovered it can be worst. Way worst. Those videos help me remember not to be that way, ever, not that I ever was, and it helped me in so many ways. Keep up the good job.
I’m so glad I started watching spooks, I used to be exactly like these people and since he started making some of these good points it has changed my mindset and made me enjoy the game so much more.
@@averyhaferman3474 94 people would disagree with you, but keep being sour, would explain your likely abhorrent home situation and lack of life security
Haha, these people are its own breed man. I get so many of these myself. It is fascinating actually. I just try and laugh at them. Cheers Mr. Jukes, you are the opposite of "cancer" to this community, You are needed.
4:37 bro watched his RU-vid videos and claimed towards him starting “witch hunts” while he keeps the players he’s calling out anonymous and specifically asks people to not look them up to spread hate at not only the beginning of every video, the end of every video, but also in the description, AND in the comment section of every video 😭😭
I got camped and tunnelled this morning when I played DBD, only happened a grand total of 5 times in 20 games of Survivor last night and the funniest thing about it was I still had a bloody good time. I don't care if rounds don't go my way, all I care about is having a good time and a good laugh even if it's at my expense. One of the Killers I played against was a Michael Myers, I saw that he killed a Survivor with Tombstone Fragment and I stood in front of him nodding at him because I realized what he was trying to do, he left me alone and checked up on me every so often until the end of the round. I was about to exit through the gate and ran up to him, I nodded at him to let him know I wanted the Tombstone. I was so happy that he Mori'd me.
"I don't like these strategies so people that do them are evil. You also point out how others are being toxic jerks? How dare you! You aren't better because I decided these strategies are illegal! You are what's wrong with this game!" How do people like this function?
I like when people cry over camping/tunneling but i mean its the killers job too kill people who cares, plus who would rather sit on gens all game rather than get chased
I was going against a Wesker and he tunneled me out of the game. I wasn’t mad cause everytime I lost him in a chase he popped out of nowhere and made me laugh, he convinced me to get Wesker and I asked for tips in the end game chat.
Remember, bois: Survivors can genrush with genrush perks and finish 4 gens in a 3 minutes span. Its not skill issue, that's the objective. Killers CAN'T tunnel or camp to secure a kill, they can't use exposed perks because its toxic and if you do then is skill issue. Duh.
Its weird, the fact that you okay with being slugged or genrushed doesnt mean that other people are, MAJORITY of people that play this game clearly dont.Dbd is still around because of game balance, if you gonna preach this tipe of "i play how i want, and i dont care what u think" idea, dbd is going to end up the same way TCM did. So go play it if u want
Been on a survivor match. Poir Huntress did her best but we got out. This Meg kept saying ez. I defended the Huntress. Entitled survs are still babies even if they win.
I try to be a good sport about the game, but if I believe something that you personally see as underhanded is the way to go, I’m going to take that route. If that ruins your fun, sorry, hope the next person is nicer
For real tho. Nothing in this game is worth the energy it takes to get pissed off. I get get tunneled? Sure, it’s a bit annoying but I’m just gonna say ggs and move tf on, not cry about it. It’s JUST a video game and to all the killer mains, keep up the good work! -Fellow Survivor Main Who Appreciates You ❤
Why not just own that you're capitalizing on drama? That's not an inherently negative thing, and you do try to put positive spins and introspective commentary into that capitalization - even to the point of being arguably too forgiving or accommodating to some pretty toxic elements in the community. Doesn't change that you've got the format and content that fits the label.
Just because you do something and people try to see it in a negative way, doesn't mean you're actually doing it. The reason why anyone does anything is for they, themselves to acknowledge. I could say you're trying to hide and encourage toxic behavior by this comment you made and even though that could happen, that doesn't mean you actually are (Which you aren't) but someone who believes "That's what you're doing" will try and pass it off as the truth. When you try to do something good with a position you're in, doesn't mean you're capitalizing on anything. That's probably why he doesn't own it because it's not his intent and if it's not your intent, there's no point in giving into something you aren't doing. Just because something happens out of your control, doesn't mean you did it.
@@NotedEcho He's literally capitalizing on it, though. He's posting monetized videos explicitly calling attention to drama, with appropriate thumbnails and titles, in order to generate clicks and revenue and attention to the channel - i.e. capital, with how these platforms work. "Reason" and "intent" aren't replacements for the material reality of the situation. Yes, "trying to do something good" isn't the capitalization, the capitalization is posting the videos with the result of making money. With that out of the way, reason and intent are why I'm saying this capitalization isn't negative. Were Spookums trying to make money in exclusion, that'd be pretty scummy, but he's not. With his focus on not naming/shaming, and on promoting the affected creators, it ultimately comes up as a positive spin on capitalization.
I like how you view it. If your playing how you love to play then you do you, people who get mad over it should stop playing or watching the game. It’s helped me have a better mental overall in these type of games!
"Capitalizing on Drama is gross" isn't that most the content on youtube? Having started playing DBD again I have accidently run into the same survivor unintentionally several time. It just happens on some maps. Give 'em a swat and move onto the next one.
@@FemboyKaiSaku sorry I meant “fair” as in survivor rulebook “fair”. Basically I made an effort not to tunnel but they thought I was intentionally sparing people to play friendly
Can't believe SpooknJukes is so toxic, How could he tell the Slinger "ggwp slinger ❤❤❤" That Slinger is crying right now because of how mean Spookn was that night 😤😤😤 (I really shouldn't have to type this, but, for those who can't tell, that is sarcasm)
I don't know why he mad? All you did is camp in the endgame, which is a good tactic. It's not like you're camping at 5 gens. Some people really want to argue for clout and attention. 🙄
I find it hilarious that these people still can't differentiate the difference between bad behaviors, and annoying playstyles. It's a Playstyle, he's not wishing for someone to die, calm your s***.
As a killer and survivor main, survivors you guys do understand it’s the killers job to kill, if there’s one or two gens left they’ll probably camp hook, it might suck but it’s the killers last hope like omg get that through your thick skulls.
It indeed takes such skill, such surgical precision, deep and intricate game knowledge and game sense to cater to survivors and meme around and sit in the corner like the killer intended, and if you dare even down them more than once consecutively even if they are RIGHT IN FRONT OF U then you are the scummiest human being on planet earth.
I am like 95% your opinion, idc about tunneling and camping etc. But beeing slugged for 4 mins, is just annoying. I mean at that point it is just wasting my time. I could already be in the next match.
Bro thought "u're the cancer of the community" was gonna clap so hard yet everyone can camp and tunnel, even survivors sometimes just ignore the objective and do their own thing. Irony lol
I think the person who whined about you "capitalizing on drama" has never heard of the news/media. What you do is pretty much the same, you look at the events happening in a community and call out the BS. You also go out of your way to NOT attack the person such as name dropping but instead go for their behavior. The videos that you show are also not something that you've gone out of your way to hunt down, people send them to you to look at and for you to give your thoughts.
Lmao its so funny to watch people feeling entitled FOR OTHER PEOPLE XD (also aside, i literally got tunnelled in a spirit game a couple days ago, they then let the other 3 escape XD yeah, it was a bit sucky, but it was more funny to laugh about it. why be hung up on stuff like this so much?)
It his fault not yours because he should've pay attention to his image icon and should've listen sounds of killers to tell what killer your going up against. The gens goes off right and left so then he had no other way of winning. It's best to have one sacrifice then having none
I just went and double checked and it was 100% these same two chatters talking shit to another streamer. A survivor main. It might even be the same person on 2 different accounts. So weird.
Nah if one guy need to die for 3 to win with that time it's just not worth it for killer. Games that are pvp are bound to get toxic but that is preventalbe with self controll. Not many people have self controll. Have a nice day~
People don't listen to your videos. You don't call out toxicity as camping and tunneling; you call it out as saying stuff like "Find a rope and do the world a favor". I don't think you've ever mentioned anything about gameplay on its own except for when TTVs complain about it and then do it themselves.
Love your videos❤😊. Yea for all of thoes "smart ones" who said that you called out other streamers for bad behavior and they said that you don t have right to called em out because you camp and tunnel in a game??? Brah at least he never said to any other of these players to go idk kill themselfes or that they are failed abortion like big bird did but ok.
