Time to start making calls to the Texas department of Insurance, Insurance Commissioner, attorney General and an attorney.

You need to let them know you will call the Texas insurance commissioner and you need to contact the commissioner ASAP to put a stop to them. Each state has a commissioner that has control over each State's insurance companies. The commissioner may be able to get your premiums refunded

LFG, I work in the health insurance business and used to be in the compliance dept. You need to file complaints against the company with your state Dept of Insurance or ERISA, depending on the type of insurance you have. Let me know if I can be any help for you. Prayers buddy.

I agree. I had to do that once with the Texas Department of Insurance over a car accident. They jumped to my defense believe it or not and the insurance company, AIG, relented in full. That may be something to do after he gets the procedure and stuff taken care of but they should definitely try to get every dime of their money back if nothing else.

He can go buy insurance now and can't be turned down because of a pre-existing condition because of Obamacare.

Obamacare has destroyed the healthcare market regardless of whether you buy your "insurance" through an exchange. In 2013 my individual plan was $235...today it's $700 and it rising. Think that's sustainable? Every plan, regardless of whether it's purchased through an exchange must conform to the Obamacare minimum level of service. I know EXACTLY what I'm talking about...only a fucking freeloader thinks Obamacare works.

Contact your credit card companies and tell them that you want to dispute the charges and why. However if you do this you might not be able to sue them. Talk to an attorney first. Almost all attorneys offer free consultations and they can tell you whether or not you have a case against the fake/scammy insurance company.

Praying for you down here in San Antonio buddy. I am 43 years old, I am blessed with an amazing family and was blessed to have been able to work almost 20 years in the LE field. I mention this because I was born with SEVERE medical issues and every specialist my parents took me too told them not only would I not work a day in my life, in any field, but I would not live past 30. I don't want to go into detail into regarding my past or health but I mention this because you have always struck me as a man that understands that you are not in control of anything, your creator is and you have always made me smile every time I watch one of your videos, see your beautiful house, family and see that you are able to make a living doing something you love......and then you say it...."I am ridiculously blessed". You say it often. Hold on to that brother. Especially now. There is a blessing in everything he gives us. There is something we are being taught in every curve ball pitched in our lives. He is "Already there" and knows how our stories end, rest in the fact that he has your best interest in mind. With the amount of sub's you have and the amount of comments already to this video, I doubt you will read this. But I hope you do and I hope it brings a smile to you and your families face. Justin, you are definitely in the right mindset. I am 29 and last year i went to the emergency room because my appendix was about to rupture. They immediately put me into surgery and removed it. When doctors gave me the results i found out that i had cancer and had to have more surgeries in order to remove it. Nobody is ever ready for that kind of news. It was scary not knowing what was going to happen. The fact that you are being positive and have the support system of your wife family and god will get you through it. Prayers for you all.

Been down that road. It got so bad that we had to take a terminally ill, and in constant agony loved one. From hospital (for max 2 or 3 days covered by ins.) to med rehab facilities 4 -6 times per month. Some of the facilities were hours away. The worse was when they send her home with a pain pump and iv machine. They shipped the refrigerate only items to the wrong address. Then sent them again on a day we said nobody would be available. Then when they got everything set. The person they sent to train said they never used the machine. Then got angry with us when politely askng questions and got frustrated and left the house. Insurance is all a scam. Best wishes.

YOU NEED TO LET THE DOCTOR AND HOSPITAL CONTACT THE INSURANCE COMPANY...THEY ARE BEING LAZY ON THERE PART THEY DO THAT TO EVERYONE,IF IT IS WORK FOR THEM..GET TREATED AND LET THEM FIGURE IT OUT THEM SELF...YOU NEED TO CONTACT THE STATE OF TEXAS INSURANCE OR ATT.GENERAL OFFICE...THEY WILL TAKE OVER EVERYTHING...THAT'S THE BEST THING CONTACT THE STATE AND RELAX MY FRIEND.....THERE IN BIG TROUBLE....

Everyday Entertainer I donate using PayPal all the time. Every time I use PayPal in fact it lets me check a box at the bottom of the page to donate to my favorite charities even when I'm just making a random purchase. The charity I donate to most is Marcus Luttrell's Lone Survivor Foundation. All I have to do is check the box and it adds the donation to the total of my purchase. It's great! Or in this case all you would need is Justin's PayPal info to a new PayPal he could make just for this and you send the $$ directly to him. Get with the times!
