You can tell that so much love went into designing and producing these dolls.. they're so unique, especially when you compare them to other dolls that came out at the time? Very elaborate hairstyles and detailed fashions! They aren't something I would collect personally but I do really appreciate the artistry of them?? Ty for taking time to share these!!
i absolutely adored la dee da dolls as a child because they just did everything I'd love but not many of them showed up at stores like tj maxx for me to get them , i really do wish they come back
I didn't really pay attention to these dolls when they were in stores, I really didn't like their proportions but I LOVED playing the browser game when was a kid😄 now that I'm older i totally get what they where going for with the designs and I would love to add some to my collection, sweet party and runway vacay are my favs💕

I love La Dee Da dolls! I used to own Dots of Style Dee and Sunflower Burst Cyanne, but don't anymore sadly. I still enjoy looking at the dolls every now and again when I get reminded of them though, they are so beautiful. It's a shame they were discontinued because I loved them a lot, but it happens. Makes me wish I kept all of my old dolls but I was really young when I had them so, obviously they didn't survive. Anyways, I'm happy to see you make a video on them and I love your collection, thank you for showing it!!
When I was in 2nd grade my mom had bought me the New York la Dee da doll and I loved her bc we were kind of poor so I felt so happy having her. Some kid stole the doll from me and her parents told me to grow up and I’ve been trying to find one ✋🏼😭
You got me into La Dee Da dolls and I looovveee them a bought a lot and fell for them 😭 them never having shoes unless it has straps is so annoying cause they’re not terribly expensive but the shoes are so unique that I don’t want to replace them with generic ones
Congrats on getting them! I have all of the lines except for the fairytale line. :( I was waiting for them all to come out so I can get them bundled for shipping and then next thing I knew, they were gone. sigh. My biggest regret.
I remember seeing La Dee Da dolls at Target. I didn't buy them because I wasn't fond of the extreme size of the heads vs the skinny little bodies. I think they're beautiful now, but at the time, I was in a place where my answer to most doll lines was "it's not My Scene". I also wasn't fond of Kanekalon hair. I have an appreciation for it now, but as a kid, the dusty "dry" feeling of it compared to saran kinda was not my favorite.
Someone on a pony forum said they were inspired by Pullip (most likely they weren’t) but to my 12 year old self- that was a huge selling point. Idk what it is about Kanekalon specifically but I can’t get over it. I love it so much

I would assume that it is abundantly clear that it is not on purpose. I don’t have the money to buy another camera. it’s 3 seconds max of a 14 minute video.
