Thank you ‪@GReddyUSA‬ and ‪@DaiYoshihara‬ for letting me drive this INCREDIBLE R33 GTR.. this is no ordinary skyline gtr... this R33 is equipped with the brand new Greddy billet RB28, but what makes it really unique is it's transmission. This skyline has an OS Giken 88 sequential transmission... but, on top of the sequential, IT IS PADDLE SHIFT! Using an air system, this sequential shifts gears by using paddle shifters, just like an R35 GTR. It's absolutely amazing. with over 700hp and flat foot shifting, this might just be the best r33 gtr of all time!

I hope so! I’ve been following since 2019 and have watched every video , because 1) I enjoy them, 2) I want to support Dut, and 3) I just think he’s a genuinely good guy and I like him a lot. With that said, to get this channel to continue to grow, he needs to step up his game . And I mean that coming from a really good place. The “builds” he’s doing now are the same as the builds back in 2017 - his white Evo is still the pinnacle of his builds. It’s 2024 (nearly) , sticking an exhaust and coilovers on a car and calling it a “build” is just not going to cut it. And any “proper” work on the car he sends them off to get done and we never see it! Mat Armstrong has rebuilt a McLaren 720s FROM SCRATCH , literally from the carbon tub, in the same amount of time it’s taken Dut to put an exhaust on his M2. Since 2017 Rob Dahm has learned to weld, wire, machine, use CAD software … all these guys were in the same place 4 years ago and Dut has not grown as a builder and everyone else has, and the sub numbers show it. I love Dut and the most important thing is that he loves the content he’s making but purely from a content POV he needs to actually fkn BUILD SOMETHING. This R33 could’ve been something he could’ve built himself if he’d really tried.

Do it, the R32 with a sequential and paddles would be bonkers. Especially when the body kit for it is finished. Stoked to see what 2024 brings. Time to import the R34 and see whats replacing it. Cant wait to see all the GTR'S lined up.

Okay, I already loved Dai's car because its just perfection on wheels, but after seeing / hearing that 3rd gear highway pull without the clutch, that just set it in stone, absolutely perfect R33. I also love the color on the intake, the seats are amazing looking, everything just looks top tier. Great job Turn 14, Greddy, and Dai.

The flat foot shifting on any GTR of any year would be amazing. You have to do it to the 33 and let us see it in action on the track. That would be so addictive, the sounds the feel, I'm so jealous, lol.

I used to hang out at Greddy years ago from time to time. I had buds that worked in their tech support and we'd hang out with Kenji every so often, even went to some Formula D events. Glad to see Greddy and Kenji still doing good! They always had really cool cars and projects going on. The Dai33 is amazing! What a great build!

Dustin another awesome vid the truck came out sick by the way and content is so sick and getting a tour of Greddy garage was absolutely incredible then getting to drive dai's 1 of 1 R33 with a sequential and paddle shifter and that much power must of been insane it sounds amazing dont get me wrong your R33 is so sick and im a huge fan of HKS but driving dai's R33 must of been like a bucket list item and thank you for amazing content i cant wait to see what you have in store for 2024 and as always keep up the great work 👍

There is a lot to unpack in this one! First of all, Dai seems so cool! Also is this R33 perfection. I love the look and sound and those paddles! Wow! Then looking back on this year. Japan in a Van was the only YT series for me where I was frantically checking whether there was a new episode every time! I hope we'll get part two soon! Seeing the Tokyo Drift EVO in Japan was almost an emotional happening. I look forward to seeing her in 2024! Having three beautiful cars at SEMA! What an accomplishment man! Also I'm really enjoying the P-Car and I'm still stoked to see you have an older model! Finally, have you seen the Liberty Walk kit for the Z?
