I Got the MOST Romantic Tifa Scene! 

Fun fact: out of all the dates, Aerith’s, Barrett’s and red’s are the only ones that gets referenced back to CA in the final 2 chapters while tifu’s gets tossed into the trash can. Have fun trolling cuz ultimania is gonna destroy that kiss like it did with the resolution hug💀

@@eunibuni I, too, am a sucker for romance but I went into this game utterly convinced they were gonna shaft the Tifa fans and do more to canonize Aerith than Tifa. So you can imagine my stunned glee. I'm not ashamed to admit I giggled like a child.

@@perrycarters3113 This game does such a good job, despite giving good stuff for Cloud x Aerith, to really show that at the end of the day, Tifa is Cloud's true love. She's the only one that brings out moments of his real self, and has so much to show just how important she is to him both emotionally and for his mental state, without her, he'd be Sephiroth's puppet without any resistance.

@@TuckerBowChicka1 I personally don't subscribe to the idea of 'true love'(I'm polyamorous), so while I fully believe there are versions of events where Cloud falls for Aerith rather than Tifa, and maybe that's even what happened in the og timeline, THIS timeline to me clearly indicates at several points that Cloud is simply much more into Tifa. Cloud tends to be dismissive, annoyed or resigned when Aerith is being pushy or flirty. It seems more like he's humoring her rather than being genuinely interested. He DOES care about her, obviously, maybe even a hint of romantically, but *Tifa* is the one that seems like she makes him nervous or shy, like he's really smitten with her and just has no idea how to communicate that because despite being a badass Ex-SOLDIER(in his mind), he is in fact a huge dork.
