sad story: I actually use to have that car years ago, and I ended up losing it somewhere in my house (at least I thought). So, I ended up moving out of that house a few years later, and while I was moving furniture and everything, I looked for it everywhere. I wanted that car back so bad. Never found it. Very sad times.

Now WAIT A MINUTE! When I re-watched this video I noticed there was only one box. I distinctly remember sending out two of them. I checked the tracking and sure enough it arrived one day later. Gotta love the postal service. Anyways check your house or call neighbors and what not because that wasn't the only box that was supposed to be in this video 😂

@@EthanOnThePW He earned those man. I'm giving up my NASCAR collection because I've moved on from it. But Garrett is one of the best personalities I've ever met on RU-vid and he never got a chance to collect from that era. Those cars were literally collecting dust in a garage stall while someone like him would kill to have those. So I went into the unit cause I donated all my gen 6 cars to a friend of mine who lost his in a house fire and I said I'm killing two birds with one stone and I mailed the gen 5s to Garrett and the gen 6s to my buddy on the west coast

You and me both dude, I would say that I didn't really, like, officially start collecting, like, actually wanting to collect diecasts, until around 2013 maybe, and even then, I wasn't getting a whole lot of them. It wasn't really until 2018, even 2019, when I really started collecting, getting diecasts for myself and what not. I saw in the comments that raceday2011 is moving on from NASCAR diecast collecting, that sucks to hear cause, well, how many true, active diecast reviewers and collectors are there left, you know? There's you, OBB, I just got into reviewing a while back, but aside from us, who's left? Like collecting and taking proper care of trading cards, its a dying hobby, no one wants to do it anymore. Massive congrats to you man, seriously, you are the luckiest man alive.

I have the set of 1:24 RFR cars. Very sentimental as it was my second race my goal was to get all three when I was there then decided on only getting two. Just a month ago I found the last one. The Matt Kenseth 2012 Best Buy Fusion, now I have the fleet and the Daytona winner. I enjoy nerding out over diecast. I literally feel your enthusiasm in the video. Got me wanting to do some videos now! 😂

I can’t even believe it myself, like I was 15 watching the Nascar Diecast News In 2015, wanting and praying year after year to be a RU-vidr. I don’t know how God does it but I tell ya it’s been a crazy ride, I’ve been unbelievably blessed to meet a ton of awesome people especially Robby & OBB, I know what it’s like not getting much diecasts. I remember back when COT’s were dirt cheap I could only get one 1/64 diecast per month, I’d spend all month planning & strategizing studying the market to see which cars would sell out sooner, which was over produced which was a rarer item etc. it crushes me knowing how cheap a lot of those cars were, compared to now. Which is why I buy so much because I know the feeling of wanting and being limited, heck I got only 1 diecast in 2017 due to funds 🙏🏻 I even eat ramen noodles everyday at work just to buy a extra diecast lol 😂 I’m obsessed with Nascar

@@Diecastbuffet Dude, that's insane, you're probably the biggest diehard fan out there when it comes to diecasts. I applaud you for that. As for me, well, I don't have a ton of friends, hell, I have more friends on Twitter than I do at my own school. I work a part-time job as a Walmart cashier, and I can't even get into my own savings account even if I wanted to unless I go through my dad, even though its MY account, he's just co-signed onto it, I had no choice in the matter. So whatever money I do get is the $20 he is supposed to put on my debit card that he got me. I say "supposed" to because lately he has been very inconsistent with that. If not for the fact that I save the lunch money I get from him because of the fact that I go to a career center at another high school and have lunch after class before going back to my school, my 1/64 collection would not have grown probably at all the way it has with the amount of NASCAR Authentics diecasts I've gotten in 2019/20. Hopefully once I graduate things will turn around for me.

Damn you're so lucky I'm a Polish NASCAR fan and i want to collect 1:64 diecasts, but i cant because nascar isnt popular in Poland and litteraly nobody is selling them here. However there is a small chance you can find these diecasts, but usually they sell them from the US and shipping is 6 times more expensive than the diecast itself lmao

There are only 3 cars that I really want from all of those and they are the Tony Stewart #33 Oreo, Kevin Harvick #33 Hunt brothers pizza, and the Kyle Busch #54 monster car you got so many cool cars I am supper jealous I have been collecting diecast my hole life and I am only 14 I have around 500 or so diecast

I love collecting the NASCAR nationwide/xfinity cars with the newer cars like the 2011-now mold I feel like they used to have so many cool diecast in the early 2010s for the nationwide series
