I am always saying WE GOT THIS in real life and online. We all have our own struggles and I believe we can get through anything together. When I was diagnosed with cancer in September, I thought this was my own struggle but I realised my cancer has affected everyone around me. I am a daughter, a girlfriend, a sister, a friend, a cousin, a grand daughter & more. I know my journey has affected everyone around me and I know now more than ever that I have no choice but to get better. Whatever life throws at us, we are going to get through it together. First of all...the coat. It's a beautiful coat that the love of your life bought for you to feel better. It's not a "chemo coat." It's a coat of love! Matt's arms wrapping around you every time you put it on. You wore it during chemo treatments, yes! And look how strong it made you! Look how far you've come! It's a coat of luck & love! Next...Ella. She is just too cute to be real! She's like a little baby doll! I would love to cuddle her up & give her kisses! Lastly...Amma. I wish I lived close enough to take her to tea. I can't imagine how hard this has been on her. But she's a strong woman. I'm sending her lots of love too.

Tiffany - I had a hysterectomy at 22 yrs due to cervical cancer I'm now 55...I refused the hormones but started taking calcium for my bones ( calcium gummies are better than pills imo) menopause was awful but I got through it....I'm doing great and have only lost 13% of my bone mass. Merry Christmas You Got This😘

Same. Total hysterectomy and refused HRT. The hot flashes diminished after a year or so. My mother got breast cancer after taking the hormones and believe that they caused her cancer.

Because the new followers are angry as she keeps on avoiding to give any health update and her vlogmas apparently 5-6 days old and people are disappointed a lot. I hope todays vlogmas includes health update and realistic subjects. 80% followers including myself are following her because we are all worried about her health both mental and physical. After my full hysterectomy (ovaries too) at age 36, I tried HRT for almost a year. I never could find a dose that worked. Then my heart disease was found at age 37 so they wouldn't allow HRT any longer. Im 52 now and have been fine without it all these years. Every woman is unique though. Just work with your doctors. ❤️

It’s 2am here outside of Washington DC. Tiffany after I survived breast cancer I then worked in the field for 7 years. We learned that HRT is very dangerous and can cause breast cancer. PLEASE address your menopause symptoms in a more natural way!!! ❤️❤️

Though HRT is known to help menopause symptoms, doctors will tell you can cause cancer. I took nothing for my menopause... you are strong so you too might be able to get through it without medication. Eventually it passes. I just made sure to have a portable fan.

That is simply not true older types of hrt had a small risk of breast cancer but the newer body identical type of hrt has no risk of breast cancer please research your facts before commenting.

I think the pluses of modern HRT will outweigh any possible downsides, especially for someone your age. Look into it yourself and don’t take too much notice of comments here that relate to older treatments.

Hi Tiffany, i am a breast cancer survivor and even though i had no chemo or radiation ,long story , i was told to not ever have hrt. Even the cream for the vaginal dryness. The hot flashes only lasted a year not as bad as i thought it would be. I do have severe bone loss from other meds and illnesses but a good bone replacement vitamin and diet along with weight bearing exercise is a big help. My friend who took the hrt got a clot after one dose. She is a 4th stage blood cancer survivor and started her own organization . Do your own research you are young still. Xxx💙💙💙 10.30 am USA

The only women in my family, grandmother, great aunt and sister who got breast cancer all took HRT. Menopause is uncomfortable but be careful about hormone replacement therapy. Good luck with your surgery.

Agree, no hrt and also no soy. Especially being so young. I was 37 when dx'd with breast cancer. Did great for 9 years and started eating soy butter and was dx'd a 2nd time with breast cancer a year later. Research foods/nutrition that works for you and your condition. Blessings Tiffany.

It's currently 2:03pm here in chilly Toronto Canada as I watch your Vlogmas video! I had my Colonoscopy this morning at 8am & everything went fine. They found & removed 6 Polyps & sent them off to Pathology & in 8 weeks I will find out if they are Cancerous or not, so I'm hoping & praying for them to all be clear! Thank you for sharing you Cancer Journey with us all as you have been a source of strength & courage for me because I was so scared, nervous & worried to do this but you helped me loads! After watching everything you went through Tiffany, I knew that I too could do this & I did! 12 years ago I had my first Colonoscopy & nobody back then was sharing their stories on the Internet but this time around I felt better than I did before. You have helped so many people by sharing your story & from the bottom of my heart darling I thank you. God bless you! I've been watching you from the beginning & I have even watched loads of your other videos prior to you getting Cancer & I adore you & your family. I'm so happy that you are feeling better & you look amazing! Cancer is not a sprint, it's a Marathon! Each day is a gift as tomorrow is not promised! I am watching at about 2:00 pm on Thursday, from Florida! I wanted to tell you, when I went through menopause naturally due to my age, I had terrible hot flashes and I considered HRT. However I have chronic Leukemia, and my oncologist highly recommended against HRT because it is believed that it may actually cause some cancers. So I opted to just suffer through the hot flashes, which are no fun. Keep in mind that your body will go through a lot of changes after your surgery, so I'd say give it plenty of time after that for your body to settle in and then see where you still are with the hot flashes. Maybe they will get better on their own, you never know! Sending love and well wishes your way, and I love watching your face light up with all things Christmas!

Tiffany...I had a complete hysterectomy at age 29. I did HRT for a few months but didn't tolerate it well. I am 57 now and have been on antidepressants for a long time. I also take vitan D to help with my bones. You do what feels right for you, honey.

I have been down a journey with my mum and it was something they discussed with us. Would you consider doing a Q and A about this. I had a total hysterectomy at the age of 30... I started HRT right away and stayed on it for many years. I never had any issues with it, nor did I ever deal with any hot flashes. I am now in my 60's and I do not have any problems with my bones. NO osteoporosis at all. But then, I do take good care of myself - even though I suffer with chronic illness. For me, HRT was a great thing. It isn't for everyone though. You can try it and see if it is something that may work for you. If not, there are other more natural paths to take.

Hi Tiff. Enjoyed your Vlogmas as usual. You asked about HRT. I'm not sure if I should say my experience. I have a full hysterectomy at 32. They took every thing away. I was out on HRT for over twenty years. When I had surgery they put an implant under my skin. I then had pills. And afterwards I had skin patches. Which had to be changed twice a week. 7 years ago I had breast cancer. I'm sure the HRT caused my Cancer. I now have breast cancer again, and it has spread to both my lungs. I have lost two stone for no reason. I'm 72, and very sick. I won't have treatment again. But I'm trying to ho holistic this time. I eat all organic when ever possible. I'm eating a Kato diet, I never eat out, and I don't eat sugar at all. I don't eat wheat or dairy. I don't drink coffee. I drink two litres of mineral water a day which I filter. I don't drink from plastic bottles as it causes cancer. I wish I knew all this before. It's 6.40pm on Thursday 8th. I'm just going to have supper. Night night see you tomorrow. Xxxx💙💙💙

Maybe if you think of the coat differently you will enjoy wearing it more. Don't think of it as the chemo coat, think of it as your true love wrapping you up in a hug, wanting to let you know he cares for your every need. I don't think any of us should be advising Tiffany on the use of HRT nor scary her with your own personal stories. It's a personal decision that needs to be made with specialists that are looking after her. Their is so much miss information and scary mongering going on surrounding HRT. Menopause is not just about hot flushes it is also about some debilitating vaginal/urinary atrophy that can't be fixed with out estrogen cream so you weigh up the pros and cons for yourself. Good on you if you didn't taken any HRT and you went through early menopause, but that is not the gold standard of care by the way and any good Gyni will tell you that. Young women are recommended take HRT until they are at the age of natural menopause. It is a entirely different situation than natural menopause. You are at a much higher risk of heart disease and osteoarthritis.

Hi Tiffany, HRT is not always recommended. I`very found that homeopathic lachesis 30C does a very good job of getting rid of hot flashes in a safe, economical way. You can get a Boiron tube of it almost anywhere.

had early menopause at 40 yrs old. ( not due to cancer or chemo). Bone density test at the time revealed my bones were equivalent to those of a 73 yr old. Taking hormones reversed that. HRT also made life so much better.

I went in to premature menopause at 37 and am still on HRT at 59! It’s been amazing for me.

It’s 10pm here where I live in Michigan! You cannot get the level of hormone replacement you will need, naturally. You need the medication. I went off of it at 40. Big mistake. I’m 61 and have horrible arthritis. I’ve had multiple spine surgeries, I walk with a limp and I’m in pain all of the time. I need a knee replacement, thumb replacement, have chronic hip bursitis. Ugh. Take the medication to prevent it. I’m always fighting osteoporosis.

I chose not to go on HRT but that is because my symptoms are manageable. i think it is a very personal decision to be reached with your doctor. My grandmother was on HRT after a hysterectomy in her thirties and she lived to be 98. I think you have to weigh your symptoms and any risks you may have and maybe try them if your symptoms are bad. If you do try it I know my mom had to try a few different ones to find what was right for her. Some of them made her symptoms worse so again, consult your OBGYN and know if you do go on them if things get worse go back to the doctor because that one might not be the best one for you.

It's an extra treat to visit with you every day, whether they are posted a day or two after filming or not. Ignore the ones who criticize. I check the comments with my morning coffee, and again before bed. I try to watch the new video shortly after it is posted. We are 5 hours' time difference apart. Having been through my own cancer journey (and all good now for a year) I totally understand your zest for life and true appreciation and gratitude for just doing " normal things" especially with those closest to your heart. Sometimes people that have not had a health crisis forget that family & health are the 2 most precious things you can have.

I hope my comment isn’t too personal or invasive. My sister has small cell lung cancer with metastasis to the liver, spine, & bones. By the time we had been in chemo for one month (I say we I guess because I’m her caretaker, I moved her in with me when she got sick, I’m with her every appointment, every hospital stay, just for everything), after her first month into chemo, she’d already lost all her hair, eyebrows, eyelashes, everything. Your hair still looks beautiful & healthy. I’m guessing you had the kind of chemo that maybe didn’t cause that? I just didn’t know because my sister is now on her fourth different type of chemo. But good luck honey & many many prayers for us& your family ❤🙏

Hi Tiffany.. I started on HRT from the age of 28 yrs & have been on it for the past 20 yrs. HRT helped me be totally normal with no side effects at all. Of course I have had annual checkups recommended for HRT... Premature menopause definitely requires HRT and the pros outweighs the corns.. Your doctor will definitely put you on the right HRT after yr surgery. Loads of love n blessings ❤
