That was the most efficient 5 under I've ever seen. Never really in any trouble, never out of rhythm, more putts could have fallen and the game looks SOLID. Lets go!
Can we just imagine George and Wesley on a Saturday going at it during the US Open?? Like the commentary would be gold. I wouldn’t care who is in the lead. I am watching for Wesley and George at that point.
Man, I just loved this. The fantastic attitude, golf, video production, and result from a seemingly great dude. There was doubt that golf would thrive in an post-tiger era, but the ability for individuals to document their journeys and create followings and incredible story lines outside of mass media is truly the key to keeping this sport alive and thriving. Between the Bryan brothers, good good guys, and other up and comers, it really makes me bullish for the future of golf and I couldn't be more excited. Thanks so much for sharing the experience and I hope to see much more.
G III is the epitome of an awesome Dad, you could see it in his facial features, the love, the pride, the joy and the relief that his Son succeeded and is on to the next qualifier. God bless the Bryans, #1 golfing UTube family. Respect!!
Congrats Jerge and Cardboard! rock solid play with the whole bag and the driver is world class right now. good choice going short with the 8 iron because nerves can add some unneeded distance
So Happy for you George!! That big hug from your pops at the end really got me in the feels. My Dad lives 1200km away, so I don't get to golf with him often, but there is nothing better than getting a big hug from him on 18, no matter how bad or good the round went. Can't wait to see the next round of qualifying! Let's go!!!!
My favorite part was the shot from behind your Dad when you were teeing off. As a father of 4 and growing up as competitive athlete, seeing that scene touched my heart. What a great event, and great show of family values. Congrats!!! Keep it rolling.
THIS WAS AMAZING GERRRRGE!!! seriously.. tournament nerves, no bogeys.. and the pace control putting was unreal.. rolling 6 inches by every time from a mile away.. made it look like a video game!!!!
Well ain't that something -- very cool, glad everything came together and you could play to your potential. Looking forward to you bringing us along on the next part of this journey. Let's Go!!!
First time I saw you play was on good good and I can say this is now my favorite watch. You and Wesly are awesome players and great people. Looking forward to your future and the golf course.
Amazing play George. Just goes to show what you can do when you believe in your game. We've all seen it for years watching you. Wish you the best of luck in rounds to come. Stay positive. You've got this.
Let’s GOOOOOO!! Go get ‘em Jerge!!! Seriously though, when you made that par putt on 17 (your 8th) I literally clapped and cheered for you!! Such a clutch part of the round! Congrats man!!
Awesome George.. loved when you played on the Good Good channel, which seems ages ago. I love your attitude and personality. You have such admiration for Wesley and never seem to be bothered by his needling. Great show of brotherhood. Also. I have been following Luke Peavey from the beginning. Love his success as well. Great match with him. Too bad he didn't move on. Hope to see you and him with more content together. George you keep it real!!! You got this man!!! Well deserved.
Nice going, George! Your putting looked really good and I think that is the difference. Hopefully you have a process and stick to it. Can't wait to see the rest of the journey!
Hi George, Phil Shakespeare here, firstly well done on qualifying, cannot wait for the final qualifying. It felt like we were right there with you. Secondly what a great channel, full of advice, tips and lessons, keep up the good work.
Congratulations George. Your such an inspiration to always stay humble on the course. I'm certain we all know, your gonna be a great addition to the PGA tour. Again Congratulations to this, and all your future endeavors. 👏
Impressive. What was so eye catching was that you had putts for birdies on virtually every hole. Well done. If I can offer you a thought for the next round then it is 'to play as if there is nothing at stake when there is everything to lose'. Hold that thought and you will sail through.
Watching that back, if the putter had been hot that could have been -10! Some great par saves, let's go Jerge!! Would love to see you playing the US Open!
New to your channel my man. Love it. You seem such a genuine cracking lad. I've subscribed and I'm now binge watching your content. Unlucky on the open and British open qualification. As a Scottish golfer who stays near St Andrews. I would have loved to see you at the British open. Keep doing your thing. 👍🏻
Dude great playin!!! You look like a pro golfer out there, just your mannerisms, swing, sound of contact, dress/appearance, all of it. Clearly whatever you're doing keep it!!! Your wedge game may not be quite as tight as your brothers, but when you hit that many fairways you're gonna make loads of birdies, just like you did
Although you were nervous, from my perspective it looked like you were dialed into a great mindset through the whole round. Don't forget whatever mental place you were in for these 18 holes, just keep on believing.
