U can apply a flax seeds mask before washing your hair like for an hour or apply coconut oil for your hair like for an hour and when u r shampooing your hair u can use coffee grounds with your shampoo weekly once it makes your hair more strong smoother and wash your hair with cold water only hope this helps 💕 Btw I love your full glam and vlogs ✨️

Video was amazing as always ❤ Aussie shampoo and conditioner there leave in wet oil and shine and tame also there heat spray as I get my hair coloured regularly and my hairdresser advised this my hair stopped snapping and growing a lot since using it 💕

there’s a really good chance the hair breakage is from the Got 2 Be Glued product and pulling your hair back. i am speaking from experience after being in the military and using Got 2 Be Glued also cause it held my hair back flawlessly. however, i also suffered damage from using it. i noticed a clear difference after using hair oil gel instead. big fan of yours Meredith.❤️
Having someone to cook for you is super convenient and time saver. I am an artist and i spend about 4 hours(breakfast, lunch, dinner) a day just cooking for me and my family . Which makes it so difficult to finish a commission way longer.

Switch to k18 for your damage. ( I'm a colorist and do a TON if blonding). Also make sure your stylist is just touching the root area on that 'money piece ' or ' face frame' and not the already blonde part. It'll just keep breaking. I'm sure she's amazing and knows that already 😘 also your tight ponys can put stress on it. I hope I helped a little. 💗🎄🎁
Meredith, do you use a leave in conditioner when you hop out of the shower? Adding that to my routine has really helped protect my hair from breakage. I like Pureology Color Fanatic and apply to my mids and ends. Love watching your Vlogmas videos!!
Funny you said that about hair breakage. I was just wondering if you use K18. I don’t use as much now as I don’t color, but it was a great product to help strengthen my hair

Stop using Olaplex, so bad and drying for you hair. Get a different stylist, bc that person is caused your hair to be over processed and break off. Oribe and Pureology are really good. Get a repair shampoo and a repair conditioner and mask. Use conditioner, then next time you shampoo use the mask, then the conditioner following time ect.. make sure you really wring the water out of your hair before apply conditioner and mask., you could even bring a dry wash cloth in the shower and use that to help get the water out before apply conditioning products. Always use a leave in conditioner, I like it’s a 10. And some kind of moisturizing cream product, Oribe super shine moisture cream. Problem with Olaplex is that the shampoo is so drying. So you’re drying your hair out before conditioning it so you’re not getting full be if it’s of a conditioner. The Olaplex conditioners and styling products have way too much dimethicone, which is silicone. Silicone builds up in the hair cuticle and block/ clogs the cuticle and the. Moisture can not enter the cuticle. Jennifer Aniston hair product line has a silicone remove-clarifier. Use that to get all the build up off your hair. You can also get a clarifying demineralizing treatment in the salon to help get all the yuck out of the hair cuticle so that you get max benefits from conditioning=mask/moisturizing products.
