According to the dealership. As soon as I cross state lines into washington I am required to wear a helmet by law. So I would say definitely motorcycle

They are autocycles. State dependent on helmet laws but dont need a motorcycle license to drive. They drive like any stick shift car but drift and do burnouts through 3rd gear even with tracktion controll on. Very fun but would rather be on 2 wheels, me personally. Some states might require a 3 wheels license. They are super fun. More fun than a bike i dissagree
