It was such a treat meeting Laura and Aaron!!! They are sweet, humble and kind! I was just going to shake her hand because I didn’t want to force a hug on her but she took my hand a quickly pulled me into a hug🥰 I am so glad they came to St Charles and that they had fun❤️
What a fantastic day it must of been for you to have met Laura and Aaron she sounds exactly how I would expect her to be very kind and loving I live very near to St Charles and Laura did a great job showing what a beautiful family friendly neighborhood we have! One of the things I really appreciate about Laura is that she’s genuinely enthusiastic about all things plants and landscaping. I even think that if she came to my rustic farm gardens, she would find joy in just seeing plants! She’s just that kind of person! Very real and genuine, both she and Aaron!

I had the great privilege to go to Brian’s garden this morning and it was astonishing!! Saturday already feels like days ago and I will be going back to Aqualand…it had been on my bucket list for at least 7 years!! I loved every moment! It was a pleasure meeting you as well. Oh my gosh!!!! What a dream these ponds are! I had a small prefabricated pond at my last house, I had my husband and son dig it out, and I worked very hard on getting it to look woodsy!! I was so proud of it. We have since moved to a smaller home once we retired. Life has brought me lots if change. I cannot do another pond on my own, so I will just look at others and enjoy them!! Thank you for all the inspiration and joy you bring to those of us that love gardening and nature!❤❤❤😊

I have been looking forward to this video. We just moved to our new property, which has two lakes equalling 8 acres. I have been gathering inspiration to landscape around them for recreational and wildlife, yet beautifully landscaped. So I always appreciate the pond updates and I also appreciate you taking us through the process of starting a garden from scratch since that's what l will be doing. 😊

Amazing to experience these water gardens through Laura's eyes and camera. Each one so different and beautiful. I feel so far I would be over whelmed if I were there in person experiencing this tour. You came at the Goldilock part of the season for us here in Illinois this year... We've had so much rain this season that all the plants look wonderful! This past weekend was perfect with the temperature and sunshine too. We enjoyed getting to meet you both, as well as Kevin and Jacques!! Wish we could have chatted with you a little more, but it was great meeting you, Laura and Aaron. All of you are so kind and great people! We also really enjoyed getting to see all the beautiful and wonderful ponds 😍 My goodness some were absolutely INCREDIBLE!
Thank you Laura for sharing the excitement and beauty of these pondscapes! I have been watching Aquascape and Garden Answer for years. You both have been an inspiration! We live on Burge Mountain in Western NC. My brother has mastered part sun, shade gardening! He built me a pond, waterfall just steps from my veranda. I positioned my indoor living room to enjoy the water feature. We have great views from inside or sitting on the veranda. “Gardening in a Woodland Shade Garden” on RU-vid is my humble contribution to restoring the planet. Much love to gardeners everywhere.

I'm old and a renter but I was already dreaming of how I could create that atmosphere on a small scale. It's not so much about the size but about the plants, rocks and water running that evoke the feeling you get from it.

I'm in just a rowhouse with not much yard. I can't imagine having one of those ponds. How lucky and blessed they are. I'd give anything to have just a small pond!
I had a small backyard and got a formed plastic pond liner with a small waterfall that my grandma's neighbor was going to throw away. So it went into a corner and I called it my grotto. Some feeder fish from the pet store and plants inside and around it. It was great and the fish had natural food, dragonflys showed up the second year...it was magical.

The second house reminds me of a Frank Lloyd Wright home. The mama's pond was my favorite. Maybe your mama should get a pond for her property. It would be lovely. Also, Laura, your hair looks fantastic!

Loved each and every pond. I have a teeny tiny pond in my postage stamp size yard. It includes a small waterfall. We love the sound of the water. We tried having fish, but the raccoons thought it was a restaurant. So now we just have mosquito fish. Thank you for showing us all these amazing homes. You did a wonderful job showcasing them. Can’t wait to see the last one.
