Yes you are right. You do not need to use expensive products to grow your hair. Your growth is amazing. That is a lot of growth for one year. That is 3 years growth for me lol but I am an older woman and my growth is slower but I am now maintaining most of the growth so I am seeing changes. I had alopecia a couple of years ago and it is better now :)
I’ve never experienced alopecia but apparently rosemary oil is good for combating it so you can put a few droplets of rosemary oil in your hair products (shampoo, conditioner, your preferred hair oil)

It’s not a lot 😂 on a day to day basis you will only moisturize your hair with the lotion and take 1 zinc pill per day. The only time you’ll use all the other products (shampoo and conditioner & pre shampoo) is if you’re washing your hair after like 3-4 weeks 😂 and at least they are affordable

Thank you ❤️ no this is not a sponsored video. I use those products and I genuinely like them and feel like they work for me the only product I’m not really a fan of is the leave in conditioner, it’s a bit too runny for me.
I forgot to mention that 😭 but no I don’t blow dry. I only blow dry once in a while when I’m getting braids bc then my hair needs to be very stretched out but either than that I just let my hair air dry But in my wash day or hair care routine I will show everything ❤️
I am transitioning for the first time ...my hair was relaxed from the time I was 7..and I'm 3o....my hair was last relax in June I went to my hair dresser today to get a deep conditioning and treatment and also a trim...I was then told my hair type is 4c.and she said that moisturizer will now be my bestfren .
Meeeee 😭😭 cut my hair in January, got a bit bored with the process in March or April (I can't remember) I think the braids lasted a week before I got frustrated one morning while getting ready for work and I just took them off 🙄

Honestly y'all, doing what you are supposed to do, helps you retain length. Your hair is growing every day. The products aren't the cause of your growth, they are simple an aid. It is just up to you, if you are going to retain it.(Old profile pic of a year ago, of my flamed hair straightened-so disregard photo) I have pink hair, I had shaved my head in January 9, 2021 of , and this is how much my hair has grown within 4 months, but heading past this now. I had shaved my head simple because I wanted to, not because of damage from color, if that had been the case my hair wouldn't be pink now. So as she's shown here, growth can come with even color-treated strands. Stop being product junkies and just stick to what makes your hair feels good. But there is a need for two different types of shampoos and conditioner. One shampoo being a "daily shampoo" which for us is a hell no, but all and all we aren't washing our hair daily. Daily is just stand for basic gentle wash, while the Clarifying shampoo is meant to go much deeper, a detox. One deep condition that is moisture based only, and the other protein based for a good balance. Those are the main things needed. As for leave-in's and moisturizes you can take you pick or go without depending on you. To each their own. For me, I'm not only naturally curly, but color-treated. So I am high maintenance, and I do not play about what I use and my routine. So what works for her, doesn't work for me, and what works for me doesn't work for her. Go about your needs, and your needs alone.

I did the big chop last year October and I dyed my hair the same hair color as yours so this video is definitely helpful cause I'm over this hair not growing🤣❤

I didn't purchase these olive oil products, however this week I did add one tablespoon of olive oil to my favorite shampoo and conditioner. My hair is baby soft and my wide tooth comb was moving smoothly thru my wet hair, zero tangles.
One thing I do when normally dying/bleaching my hair is that I leave the roots out I tell my hairdressers to not colour the hair all the way to the roots. Then as it grows the two tones appears

I find that water is the cheapest moisturizer you can use. I like to add aloe vera juice to water in a spray bottle, then use oils right after because my hair draws up like angry fists at the ends of my strands!!!!!

What hairstyles do you wear that lets you moisturise your hair and oil the scalp every 3 days? It's hard to do this because I don't wear wigs and my hair is usually in 2 cornrows till the next weekly wash.

The cheapest is to make it yourself as I do....buy shea butter barres, oils like Amla, argan, Avocado oil, lavender oil and mix it with Moringa powder etc..., my hair doesn't like coconut oil, then you have the perfect butter if your hair loves butter like mine, I discovered a produkt from UK lash for the hair, OMG hair vitamine, (not expensive) this works, I grew strong hair with it and my lashes as well which look like extensions now when I have mascara on🤣
