So I only recently got into darts because I moved into a house about a month ago, where the previous resident left a soft tip board. After goofing off and feeling like I didn’t suck (I was wrong) I started watching your videos, and watching pro’s play. Thursday I went and bought an Eclipse Pro 2 and some steel tip Unicorn darts and have been throwing them the last 3 days for an hour or 2. Today, I hit my first 180!!! I literally yelled so loud I scared my dog 😂. Couldn’t come anywhere close to a 2nd one, but I was excited and wanted to come share, because most of my learning has come through watching a ton of your videos in the last couple weeks!!!

There were 5 boards in the club I played at in the early '80s. One was this, one had no trebles, the other three normal. The odd two weren't used that I noticed.

In the states we had something with basically the same layout but I’ve only seen them on cork or soft pine with painted sections and no wire.

I played on one of them in 1978. We didn't play bingo on it though. It was who could score the least with 9 darts. Bounce outs and none scoring darts counted as 10.

Never seen bingo dart board before, interesting. Probs wudn't buy it tbh. Learnt about the Yorkshire dartboard last week also ( only double, no treble at all ) where 3 same doubles in a throw was leg shot, irrespective of the score at the time. Saw a board with a third treble segment on RU-vid, Taylor hit a 240 on it Vs Manley I think from back in the day.

I could definately see this board making a come back Jack as bingo always seems to be popular so a different take on it would take off in my opinion however there is one flaw I feel. The person throwing the darts could surely just aim for the numbers on their own bingo card and therefore always win

I’d buy it and play it but play it with my weak hand. Don’t want to imprint muscle memory for darts bingo and ruin my fairly poor normal darts throwing ability

Funny about "muscle memory". I lent à friend my set of darts, and ever since I can't play with them, darts all over the place. It's either muscle memory or he jinxed it.😮

I think only pub owners and rich folks would blow that much money on something that isn't used that often. I would buy a much better bicycle for myself first. If the board gets wet it's ruined
