I think as women , we go through so many issues. Some women are braver than others. However, it takes guts to come out personally shares ur story with other's. Often we think others may think less of us because of our issues we dealt with through out life it's self. Hence, we pick up ourselves and we go on. Hopefully our stories empowers other's. I found this. Adanna! It may help I had uncontrollable menstrual bleeding. I had many fibriods. My Doctor told me I had to have a hysterectomy. Got in touch with Barbara (very long time ago) and she suggested to me that Cayenne Pepper (CP) could help. I drank 1/4 teaspoon of CP with warm water 3-4 times a day and increased CP as I could over 4 days. I stopped bleeding completely. I didnt have to have the operation. Thanks Barbara. I will never forget your great advice and have passed your advice on to many others!!

You are right about your sentiments regarding food from the west. My Uncle has lived there for about 40 years, he has Parkinson's disease. When he came back to Uganda, and was eating Ugandan food, within two months, his symptoms had subsided, they are no longer as bad and he is no longer using his walker. He only walks using a cane now. He is so much better!! He doesn't want to go back to Germany!! He has decided to move back here! Food affects our systems so much

Wow I’m so sorry you went through this girl just hearing this I feel sad I wish I can give u a big hug because I know that was difficult I can’t imagine because I went through similar but my was just for a month because I got on birth control the /depo I was miserable everyday I was hoping when will this bleeding stop then finally when my birth control finish from my body the bleeding stop and I promise my self not to get on birth control again,so I can just imagine your pain but I think God for you that everything is good now bless God
