‪@PleasantGreen‬ invited me to help him shoot a video in Istanbul. This is a video of what I experienced.
As for Pleasant Green's story, check it out. It's a story about how he helped a Cameroonian girl, Chikaordery, get a life-altering surgery in Turkey.
Watch Part 2 here: • Video

Americans have a hard time adapting to different cultures and foreign environments. It’s awesome to see you being so open minded about the gastronomy and the culture.

When in Rome, right? I also noticed that I felt really good after a big meal over there. Not really bad.

Great video, Tim! Super underrated. I love the documentary style and the narration of the video. Felt like I was just there with you guys. Looking forward to part two.

I visited there in 2013. I loved it there. My in-laws served an lds mission there so we went there after they were done. So much to do and see. We wanted to bring home a Turkish shotgun but couldn’t figure out how to do it legally. Great workmanship. I think we only hit the grand bazaar. The baklava was great too. Did you try the testi kebab?
