Hey!
If you didn't know already, I'm a true sucker for all things Skyblock-related.
But I noticed the other day that a Minecraft java modpack called "Vanilla Sky: Everything from Nothing" had been updated to 1.20!
This caught my attention as I haven't actually experienced many of the new 1.20 features in Survival yet(apart from in snapshots etc...)
So this is me just testing my general Minecraft knowledge & seeing if I can truly obtain "Everything from Nothing" whilst playing it in Hardcore difficulty!

Dan, sorry I know its going to be tedious but could you please double your bridge path. That horse almost falling off felt like a heart attack waiting to happen.

U can turn ur mob grinder into a drowned grinder!Also there is a high chance that a farmer will give u apples. U can also make a LOOM with 2 string and 2 planks. Cactus has no uses except if the advancements have something to do with it or since its kinda modded it may have extra uses. Also husks may drop sand in this skyblock since it is custom. HOEP that helps!

Wandering Traders will always despawn, even if you've boated them. Enjoying the series. Edit: Vines only grown on Swamp Oaks and on Big Jungle trees.

What a lucky episode. Great. And a heart attack^^ Not so great. 🤣Btw oak trees will not grow vines in java 😕 Just jungle and mangrove. And the wandering trader will despawn even in a boat. But if you can get him in an unloaded chunk, he will stay there for a later visit. 😉

I can't wait until you have a second Zombified Villager and cure them both so that you can make a villager breeder which will then let you make an iron farm and a trading hall too! Get those good trades locked in before the trading nerfs become mandatory!!!!!!!!! A farmer Villager will be vital for the Villager breeder, so it's great that you decided that your first Villager will become a farmer.

An easy way in/out of a walled in area: replace one wall block with a solid block and place a wallblock ontop of it. The hitbox will allow you to jump onto the full block but Mobs will see it as a two block high obstical and will not try to jump onto the full block.

Recent episodes have been massive grinds and yet you're churning out the videos so quick. Thats something i genuinely appreciate. I have just started the episodes amd youll probably see like 6 comments of mine on this episode. So stay tuned😂 Edit:i can imagine how much of a pain in the butt would've been getting the horse up...

If they didn't changed it for skyblock, lightning won't strike lower than water level... You'll have to bring the pigs up to around y 64. Edit: I should have waited longer with my comment 😂

72 gold nuggets = 8 gold ingots. You can smelt gold armour and weapons to get a nugget each if the lightning doesn't come...

You can transport more bone meal by breaking the bones and then make bone blocks

So much progress in only 9 episodes. Huge amount of time going in to each episode. Great series. 12.675 m/s is very quick. Its 12.675 blocks/s as a block is 1m. for comparison for the player walking = 4.3m/s sprinting = 5.6m/s sprint jumping = 7.1m/s Boats on ice are some of the fastest ways too travel. On ice, packed ice or frosted ice its 40m/s, on blue ice its 73m/s. Takes a while to make your paths though, have to add a roof too to stop them melting!
