‪@EdBolian‬ recently teamed up with ‪@tavarish‬ and ‪@HooviesGarage‬ to put together a Top Gear inspired series called Car Trek. His plan to use a flood title manual transmission Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder came down to the wire with repairs so he ended having to buy a 2010 LP560-4 Spyder as a backup plan.

@@VINwiki You should keep the backup lambo and do a "Speed Zone" type challenge where the car goes from white to red like in that movie(maybe referencing the 'The Jackal' with Bruce Willis where his van goes from white to red, and Code 8 with Stephen Amell where another van goes from white to red, why is thing a thing lol?). Maybe you represent Speed Zone(and Cannonball Run films of course) challenges with the Lambo, Tyler could attempt things from 'The Transporter' film series, and Freddy could attempt stunts from Smokey and The Bandit series? So a cheap car stunt challenge? :)

The most beautiful car Lamborghini has ever made: The LP560. It’s styling blew my mind when it came out as a teenager and it still does now. The noise, the headlights, the intakes, the rear grille, even the side reflector placement is just perfect. I may be a Ferrari guy, but THIS was the poster-car of my childhood.

Hope you and yours are safe Ed. Good series, 3 likeable guys, wish Motortrend would pick up. Set up series for the other 95% of us non-Bughetti, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Mazarati drivers: #1 pre 1960 cars under $10k, #2 muscle cars (1960s) again under $10k, #3 best car under $20k showdown. #4 mid-sized sedan, compact SUV, Midsized SUV showdowns. Throw in segments of Wizards tech tips (oils, tires, tools, car care products), new car reviews (models that have been overhauled), industry news (holy sales Batman, did you notice Dodge Trucks outsold Chevy Trucks last year!).

Ed, in 2013 I bought an LP560-4 coupe with over 100k miles for less than $67k in Las Vegas. Tom told me he had offered it to you and you had turned it down. If that's true it should be added to the "got away" list because it's turned out to be a great car.

I really love these videos! I follow @VINWIKI, @Casey Putsch, @Tavarish and @Rob Pits every video I speed up the playback to 1.75. Have you ever watched your videos sped up to that speed? It really makes your videos way more exciting. They are all great in normal speed but I am a mom of four kids (I home school even when the government isn't shut down LOL!) and I really want to hear the stories and make it through the videos. LOL! Just I would share how awesome it is to speed up the playback on the videos. :-D

I enjoyed this story much more than the entire series you guys played in. Honestly, those "reality" car shows are horrible. So formulaic, so trimmed of anything truly fun. It's basically Top Gear on a Top Ramen budget. You do much better on your own, Ed.
