It's all well and good getting new cards, but the ways of obtaining them isn't fun anymore. I'm fed up of fighting the same matches over and over to grind MFP.
@BlackFeatherKnight I don't mind the extra hard challenge to break things up to be honest, but getting between 500 and 1000mfp for live events is trash. The daily challenges giving out 75mfp and 3 tokens is stupid as well.
Got enough saved for a delux 10 pack, but I'll wait a few days before burning MFP. I might just buy the Solo and Zelina cards outright instead. Roman and Eva cards will be good for Faction War runs.
Now is when people should pay attention to Manager cards and start using Diamond side plates to elevate Amethyst or even some Ruby cards... permanently.
I would like towards the end of the game to have opportunities to have packs where it is only live events rewards so the hardcore collectors that miss out on a few can try
Love the content, Jecs. But have to say, 2K love videos like this. This tells them, we are on the right track with pay to win, people will drop money, and a lot of money, so let’s keep pushing the monetisation aspect even harder. If you think this year was bad with how aggressively they’ve pushed pay to win, and how expensive everything is in the game, I’m betting next year will make your head spin. Every time you spend another $50, $100 or whatever, you’re sending the message to them, we are ok with this, we are happy to drop a lot of money in your game. The game is pretty much at the point, it’s impossible if you play it as a free player.
Aye thanks bro and I totally agree with you this was my first time buying vc and will probably be my last because the lowered the price literally right after this video got uploaded so from now on I’m back to just grinding for cards like I normally do haha it’s definitely wrong how there’s events locked like this specially since they can’t even keep the price how it was advertised so yeah I’m totally going back to no money spent 💯
@@JECSGAMING Sorry for the rant, brother 😁. I do honestly love this mode, but I get frustrated when I see people dropping decent money on it, because I know that encourages 2K to gouge us for money. I see there’s a WWE crossover with COD for season 5. And did you end up trying xDefiant?

Man that match for Roman is gonna be a challenge, hopefully a fun challenge. 5 minutes, 2 out of 3 falls, Cody is probably a galaxy opal starting with 3 finishers in a Hell in a Cell. Get your emotions in check and be ready for an absolute dog fight. It wouldn't be bad if it wasn't for the 5 minute time limit
That match for the Roman card is gonna be brutal. 5 min time limit, 2 outta 3 falls, and the CPU starts with 3 finishers. Not to mention we’ll probably need to hit the 90 MFP for the match too 😭😂
90 with solo wouldn't be hard since he's a striker but they gotta chill with the 5 minute time limit 2 out of 3 falls against a galaxy roman with crazy stipulations 😂

Superstar packs has always been in the card market from there release because they don´t have any stand alone packs to buy. The first cards in the card market by launch was superstars series 1. Also most events goes live in a week so I think it´s two weeks until we get iconic moments pack july 27 by the schedule and demastered and mitb ancore boss battles this two weeks next week and the week after.
I've been slowly trying to building my Points but I'm still far behind most of you guy's. I have only beat the first 3 proving ground and I've been trying to get The newer Faction Wars cards!! I just unlocked Auska and Carmella! Now I have to buy them. I wanna buy packs since we've got series 2 now!! I also would like to get solo and try getting Roman but no glitch anymore and some of those are gonna be 90 MFP and 5 minutes and maybe 2outta3 falls? I barely have amethyst!! I still need Sheamus which I'm only 5 cards away from.
This is a nice update BUT we definitely need a new Proving Grounds Chapter, possibly 2 of them & I really wish 2k would add in tokens & more MFP to the Faction Wars brackets!!... I believe people would definitely be grinding more so hopefully soon we get that... 🤞🏻 That Diamond Roman is sweet but curiosity strikes me on that Persona Roman '24 that they added to the Superstar Series 2 cards.....is he ACTUALLY tracksuit/manbun Roman in My Faction or just regular Roman because till this day the other Persona Roman is STILL regular in My Faction which makes 0 sense...I figured they would fix it but nah, nah... either way glad to see the mode pick up!! 😁✊🏻
Why would they add more MFP, when they see people are silly enough to drop $$, and a lot of it, to get stuff. If anything, I’m betting they go the other way.
