This is lovely. The coaches are so so encouraging and uplifting of each of us in the program on the calls. One of the things that helps me a lot is that they and the other Thrivers make me feel validated.

Hihi, I'm in bed and in 30 minutes i I have to go to work. My house is a mess, my heart rate variability all over the place. Gotta take a break after going hard since the end of February. Only starting from scratch will make me better within around two weeks. Every time I try running i crash bad 😢.
