Post partum depression is real!!!! Try to get as much time as you can to pamper and nurture yourself to be strong emotionally, as well as physically, for not just your children but for you!!!!

hip dips are because of your bone structure. It means your hip bone sits higher than your femur bone, creating the dip appearance . Its totally normal, many girls have it. your body is fine love.
There are exercises geared towards redefining hip dips/saddle bags and also walking up hill works as well. I understand that everyone may not want to just let things be with their bodies but have the vision and drive to work toward changing what ever it is into whatever you want it to be. Exercise is key♡.

I wish society wasn't so critical of the human body in its natural form especially the pressure put on women to look "perfect". We're all imperfectly perfect just how God made us to be. Queen been insecure from years ago , and no matter how much ppl try to uplift her now she still got those insecurities.
