Mid Summer Melbourne - Min Temp 12.8 Max Temp 31.7 Rain 0 mm
G'day everyone! Today's video is a quick one, but an important topic for gardeners: thinning out corn plants. Despite the sunny 30°C weather here in Melbourne, I need to address the overcrowding issue in my corn patch.
These corn plants have been thriving for about two months now, but unfortunately, many of them sprouted too close together. While it's tempting to let them all grow, the reality of limited space in my small garden means I have to thin them out.
Join me as I demonstrate the process of thinning out the corn plants. It's a tough decision, but necessary for the health and productivity of the remaining plants. I'll leave only four of the healthiest-looking plants to give them the best chance to flourish.
While it's sad to remove some of these promising plants, it's essential for effective garden management, especially in confined spaces like mine.
If you have any questions or comments about thinning out plants or gardening in general, feel free to share them in the comment section below. I'm here to help!
Thank you for watching, and I hope you have a wonderful day!
