Thank you, your advice is spot on. Recently a ‘friend’ decided she preferred to walk each morning with a new ‘walking buddy’. 😳 The next day I started walking by myself on the beach…(I am Blessed to live near the ocean.) Within moments I realized the enormous favor she had done for me…the joy I felt watching the dogs playing and the happiness of their owners as they chatted and watched their beloved pets made me a little misty eyed. I feel so much better physically and mentally now that the negativity and rigidity, I allowed into my daily routine, has been replaced with beauty and serenity. “Sometimes we don’t ‘see the forest for the trees’…” 🙏🏻❤️😊
I have high blood pressure too but I found out it was from stress. I had this one person in my life that would not respect me or my land. When I finally told her she had to leave my home my blood pressure went to normal. Stress plays a big part in blood pressure.
It is like an elephant in the room - people are frightened to admit it is there because it can be seen as hate speech in some way??? Glad you are enjoying your downtime xx
Terri and Lol (and furry friends), your videos, music, wisdom, and energy are like medicine to all your many subscribers! I agree wholeheartedly, many of us are empaths and care greatly for Mother Earth and everything associated with her. These are tough times for most, yet as you say, this is a profound time of transformation for humanity. Caring for ourselves physically, mentally, and spiritually, we are also healing each other around the world as a whole. As dark as it gets, we follow our intuition, remembering WE ARE THE LIGHT!
I remind myself - there are more of us 'awake' and following the wise ways than ever known in the last so many hundreds of years. We notice the things around us because we are more aware to the energies but our energy has increased and we must keep giving this out to others and show them the way to follow the light. Keep on shining your light.
Good day to you dear Terri, Lol, Jazz and Brock, and your kitty. I'm sorry to hear about your back issue but I'm glad you have some answers. You certainly hit the nail on the head with your words. There is nothing better for my heart and soul than to be in nature and have animals at my side. Watching your boys playing this morning was like a tonic for the heart. Your advice and encouragement are better than a dose of any medicine 💜🤗
Dear Terri, There us a direct link between low back pain and low vitamin D. Your sweet wee ones are such a joy to watch! Smart girl. Let the man do the work. Feel better dear lady!!
I SO NEEDED THIS, THANK YOU. HAVING LOST MY SISTER LAST WEEK, I AM SO OUT OF SORTS! THE WORLD IS SO HEAVY, LIFE IS SO HARD...AS I AM THE LAST ONE LEFT....
Sending you love and blessings Kriswhite at this difficult time. It is so shocking, surreal and heartbreaking to lose our nearest and dearest and it is rarely the RIGHT time. Remembering the times when you loved and were loved back is hugely healing. The times when you had special moments that might have been invisible or meant nothing to others but were known and recognised by you both are eternal moments. They are the sacred bonds that reach beyond time, beyond our temporary bodies and speak to us from our spirits. ❤
So sorry to hear you have lost your sister. Of course you are out of sorts and life is feeling tough and lonely . You are in a state of grief and we send our condolences. Please know though, that lots of people can empathise and sympathise with you. You may be the last one in your family but you are not alone xx
Certain yoga poses like “child” and “cat/cow” and “down dog” are very effective for back issues… I had chronic back pain from an injury and started a weekly yoga class at the local community center. It was very difficult at first but after a few months I was seeing amazing results and the pain was gone. You mention finding gratitude; and one thing I am grateful for is the ritual of tuning in every Sunday evening to watch your latest film. I have learned a lot of herbal knowledge from your channel, but just as important is what you have taught about being in love with the messy abundant diversity of plants and all the ways we benefit from having a close bond with them. I hope your back and blood pressure concerns both heal well. Bright blessings to you and Lol!
You're like a breath of fresh air. From this ole 66 yr old living back in the forest of Newfoundland, I tip my hat to you. Been watching you for a few years now and I've learned much. I just want to say "thank you" for always brightening my day. Now then, I have some mud to go play in. 😘💞🙏
Ooooh my gosh! The black dog helping the little dog out of the water. Ok, so he was really trying to get the wood but it was a two for one move. Adorable! You are so right!! My left shoulder has been absolutely killing me and waking me at night. I finally figured it out. I have been watching and reading far too much news on my phone causing me to hold my phone for extended periods in an unnatural way. My husband is out of town so this is a good time to a sabbatical from news. What is happening in the world I have no control over, so why keep obsessing over it. I hope you feel better soon. Thank you for helping me see the forest beyond the tree.💚🏡
So loving seeing your black lab having a zoomies! I have a black rescue greyhound Madge (Devils Magic was her racing name) and she has zoomies once a week with Dobby dog, who has a lot of greyhound in him, and is Madge's best friend. Love your little black and white dog too. My dog is my life, without her, I would not go out of the house, and I live alone. My childhood was not a happy one at school sadly, but I loved being at home. Wish I had been home educated looking back. I loved being out in nature always, and that is when I was and are still at my happiest. xxx
💖 Peace be with you friend. And as always, Lol's guitar work was just brilliant. "Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that." Martin Luther King, Jr.
Thank you Danu for your lovely videos. I always come away feeling positive and much calmer. The video about the tiny house was amazing. I’m 75 now but if I were twenty years younger I would definitely live in that minimalist way. Thanks also for sharing your vast knowledge of plants and herbs to aid our healing. So informative. ❤
Hi Terri and Lol, I cannot agree with you more... I hope you are better soon, my prayers and lots and lots of blessings to you!!! Yes, put up your boundaries because the negative might not go away for a while; but, we need to learn to live without it, kind of a re-programmation of our genes!!! Bringing the angelic realms to co-exist with us now to helps us constantly!!!Thank you so much for your music Lol!!! Terri, when I see you and Lol, I see the Divine feminine and Divine masculine in you respectively!!!! Take good care of yourselves guys!!! Love and Peace and Gratitude!!!! Thank you very so much!!!! 😃🙏🌹
You have a lovely twinkle back in your eyes this week, Terri. Sometimes we all have to take a step back and just breathe. Keep looking after yourself x
As an African person. My blood pressure was consistently high. I realised my own mother has been stressing me out. Sending money for her upkeep and she bacame more demanding. Am a single mum of 2 boys. I had to to tell myself hangon. Am being used here. I send her what I know she can live on. She has no mortgage. She bought her house outright. I rent. Housing association. I said its time to love myself then my kids. The rest, sort yourselves out. This african mentality of if you say this means you have disrespected your parents. I have accepted that verdit for freedom. ❤
If your mother has no mortgage and you have two boys to rear, why would you be sending your mother money?? You have your sons to focus on. That doesn't mean you are disrespecting your mother, your children are your responsibility. It is time to love yourself! xx
Suggestions from a 72 year old. When I wake up in the morning, I turn over on my stomach to straighten my back and neck. Then I walk a mile if it's not raining hard. Your knees are important in straightening your alignment. I sometime put an open sock over a knee that might be a little wobbly, but it's important to take it down when sitting. I have low blood pressure, because I never put additional salt in anything. Thank you for the music, pets, and greenery.
Thank you for the reminder for self-care, Terri! I struggle with that so much. I had C-19 last month and became dehydrated. While at the hospital receiving a saline infusion, the nurse kindly asked if I'd like a dinner tray. It was only then that I realized I hadn't eaten all day. It was a wake-up in how neglectful of myself I often am. I, too, struggle with high blood pressure and taking on the world's suffering. Thank you for the reminder that this helps no one. Thank you for the darling pups, the scenery, the music, the article, all of it. I'm headed out for a walk and will then prepare garden beds for winter. I did remember to eat and made a nice coffee! :) Have a beautiful day!
thank you for this reminder. I sit outside quietly with my eyes closed and listen for sounds of animals, wind, water and the heat of the sun. It gets me in my body and in the now. I try to limit my world news intake, at least things I cannot impact. Hopelessness is powerful we have to fight back to keep ourselves healthy.
I have stopped watching Terrestrial Television completely! No news, no nonsense day time television shows regurgitating the same old scary stories about where we all go wrong in life and just as importantly……no awful adverts/commercials informing us that our lives are incomplete without their products. Taking a walk to de-stress from the media and the horrors of the world simply doesn’t work because we go back to it, time and time again. Therefore our cortisol levels stay revved up and we eventually make ourselves ill. Sometimes I take a very brief look online to see what’s happening in the world but that’s about it, apart from talking with friends about world/ home news. I have to say that taking these simple measures of “ Unplugging” has helped me enormously! I feel more relaxed, I sleep better and my anxiety has utterly depleted. Try it Terrie, just unplug for a month and feel the difference, you’ll be as astonished as I have been.😊💜
Hi Terri, I hope you are restored to full health as soon as possible. You are doing all the right things for yourself xxx I am picturing you pottering in your garden for 10 minutes then getting your feet up with a good book and a nice hot drink. Oh, and Lol waiting on you hand and foot. A little laughter from a bit of comedy or whatever else lifts your spirit. More than ever now, we all need to enjoy our lives. Only this evening I watched a video from a young woman in Palestine who is urging us all to do this. She doesn't know if she will survive the next hour. I have watched several of her videos. People are now being attacked not only with the white phosphorus, but now, today, with other chemicals, where they are trying to shelter at the hospital. It is my only way of honouring them, to watch their videos. We are all feeling helpless. We must all live and love as best we possibly can and do all that we can in our own lives to live well. Cherish our loved ones and take care of nature all that we can. Sending you love and much peace and love 🕊️🕊️🕊️🤍🤍🤍🕊️🕊️🕊️🤍🤍🤍🕊️🕊️🕊️
Thank you, Teri, for sharing your feelings so openly with all of us. No matter where we live, it seems that it's full of the doom & gloom news. However, there are so many things of beauty around us, as well as loving people in our lives to be thankful for. I really enjoy seeing the dogs playing with each other and the beautiful scenery around your home. One thing I found that helps me when I'm particularly down, is to do more 'Grounding'. In other words, take my shoes off and just walk around the yard and talk to the beautiful trees in it. Since we're going into the winter weather, I'll have to find a substitute for going barefoot until spring warms things up again. But I can still walk around the yard and enjoy the birds and trees.
Grounding is such a powerful and healing thing to do. Once we bring our attention to what is important to us in our lives, we cut out all that negativity. xx
Thank you so much for this Terri, I am a therapist therefore I not only have to manage my feelings about the world but also hear the fears of others. This has definitely had an impact on my physical health lately through tiredness and fatigue plus a autoimmune flare up and headaches. So good to be reminded of what I need to do. "Healer, heal thyself " as the saying goes. I'm very grateful to you for your message today. Thank you, sending you love and blessings.
It is a very tough job for people like yourself. Boundaries are definitely important for you and practice severing all the ethereal ties from the meeting with your clients. Hope your physical health improves, sending you blessings too, for health and happiness xx
Sending prayers for your health. My faith keeps me from allowing the negativity to get to me. I am fully aware of the bad news but always focus on the JOYS surrounding me. God Bless!
That is so very true, it is all so overwhelming. We do need to stop and take our own advice. We spent a glorious afternoon at Powerscourt waterfall last week and I felt so energised from the majesty of natures sound bath. ❤ Blessings ❤️ 🙌
Evening Primrose lowers bloodpressure, cleans the valves of the heart, is so gentle to the system it can be used on an infant’s tummy for colic! During the 80’s it was the State funded treatment for cancer and heart disease in England! Truly a delightful supplement!
I have never heard thst, never read that. Where did you get this information? I was only aware of EP in relation to female hormonal issues and asthma and how to use it as food. Very interesting xx
Thank you, Lol & Danu, for this beautiful message with the playing dogs and playful music edited in. Perfect addition. Much love and health to you both!
Totally agree, self care is so important, especially these days, we don’t realise sometimes how the outside world affects us. I feel better as soon as I step outside, it’s so tempting to sit indoors snuggled up though. It’s reassuring to know others are feeling the same 💐
Terri, you actually look more relaxed in this video. I could see it before the audio started. I needed to hear your message tonight. It's true that many of us take on the worries of the world. It feels like we are living in a very angry world right now. Winter darkness is settling in, adding to the feelings of 'glum'. Vitamin N is a great boost to my mood, and I make sure I walk my dog twice daily. She and I both need the outings. Take care, both of you, Terri and Lol. Your videos are therapy in themselves! Blessings from Canada. 🍁
Btw what a joy to watch your pups playing (those eyes!). I used to feel guilty, trying not to get pulled into media stories of terrible atrocities, like i shouldn't be stepping back; a guilt feeing. But i began doing exactly what you advised (with the odd wobble) and every night (and other moments) i pray for those in awful situations, and give thanks for the fact that I have what i have. I'm spending more time in nature and started visiting an elderly neighbour who lost his wife in 2019 and is missing her. While i'm aware and watchful to a degree, I feel that getting angry/polarised about what's happening and who's string pulling doesn't serve us, and pulls us down. So i'm trying to help in the only way i know how: to visualise, pray, meditate for the day where our so-called leaders or our soldiers put children and humanity first, and say "ENOUGH".
You are right - we must be mindful not to become polarised. We are all human with the same feelings and fears and much better to focus on what we want for our future world xx
You are so precious, Love love love watching your episodes and so much in love with your doggies and everything else you have and do. Lowel has an amazing eye for doing what he is doing ;) Thank you both for a wonderful job
Thanks for the reminder and thanks for sharing the Tiny French house too, it’s ingenious! Best wishes for you to feel better and you are so right about the chikd like quality ..we need to remember what we loved to do as children and who we were then! X
Couldn’t agree more with you , we do tend to take on the negative energy that is happening in the world and forgetting about the wonderful things that take place as well. Living from a state of gratitude is definitely helpful , it is amazing for how many things we can we thankful. With love from a snowy Yukon in Canada.
Woke up to let the dogs out and saw a fresh new video from you Mrs. Conroy, and what a timely message there is for me today. You hit the nail on the head for me with all you said. Perhaps your woes came to you in part so that you could bring this renewed clarity to us all. I do energy work each day to add some good energy to the mix and have only just recently begun to emerge from a deep funk since Covid. That such a learned and practiced person such as yourself came to grips with similar things encourages me greatly. The outdoors has always been my place of refuge, since I was a child. Watching the videos of your generous teachings and wise words, all in my ancestral home Ireland has and does mean more to me than I can say. I am encouraged and bolstered up to enjoy the moments in life that are beautiful and have fun, shake off that weight and know that all will be well with the right attitudes and actions of those that can and so make a difference for the best outcome for all concerned. Many, many thanks to you dear lady, I take up my drum for peace and joy and divine order under grace in a perfect way!
Drum away! Send out those peaceful vibes. Everyone I know or have spoken to has been coming to grips with such things. We are all in together and I know that next time I feel angry and frustrated I will remember your comment and all the other people here xx
Stress certainly plays a role in high blood pressure, especially for the psychically sensitive. Take your shoes off when you can while walking on the earth! Just like a child. Also, endocrine disruptors like microplastics elevate false estrogens. DIM is a personal favorite. Sometimes heavy metals also elevate blood pressure. Disconnection from the media is a wise move. Truly our internal terrain is profound. But of all the unsolicited advice I have given😅is the taking off of the shoes outside.❤ Thank you for the reminder to seek advice outside of ourselves when needed. We need each other.❤
So sorry to hear of your chronic back pain Terri, chronic pain is such a burden. My theme year has been Florence Nightingale, doing too much for others and discounting myself. I have changed tack and focussing on things I love. As for the continuous cycle of crisis on the MSM, I have binned that too! Watching precious Broc and her bro is therapy in itself. Animals are so funny. I miss my baby boy who made me laugh endlessly with his antics.. Good luck with the herbal therapies, I wish you well luv n light to all x
Hello 😊 hope your back gets better, and the blood pressure gets back to normal, it's so important to look after ourselves, but sometimes these things happen and it makes us think about it more, a peace of advice I got from my doctor, said, everyday no matter how busy you are, for thirty minutes, sit down or lie down, make yourself a drink, or read a magazine, etc, something simple like that, it will make such a difference to your wellbeing, it really does help, I hope you have a nice week, 😊 god bless.
Hi Terri…your dogs are so cute. I love how the bigger dog helped the smaller dog get up the bank! Great and useful video that we all needed to hear. Gratitude is very healing! Have a great week…blessings. Loved the video…his home is inspiring and is the ultimate way to live I think. He is so handsome!!
I can totally empathize with you Terri. I felt like you were describing my internal world 😜 Just about a month ago I took up weaving pine needle baskets. It's been so fun and has taken me back into nature to forage. What a transformation 🎉 My creativity has skyrocketed and my attitude has been so much fun loving and open 👐 Yes also avoiding the doom that technology can bring into our homes. Thanks for reminding us all about the joy and beauty that is always around us 💖
Just don't watch TV Terri. My husband watches the news religiously and that's my time to put my headphones on and watch lovely channels like yours. Feel better soon. Don't forget to meditate.
Just sitting here with a painful back with a story like yours listening and noting the negativity and distractions I have let in this morning. My back feels better already because of your words. Sending you love and gratitude. Take care!
Thanks for sharing Terri! And I will say I have to find a balance too. And your videos are part of my balance. I watch some of the ongoing stuff, and then try and balance it out with positive videos like yours. It also helps me remember my deep connection to Ireland and my celtic roots. So thank you for all that you do!
You are so right! The entire world is feeling the strain and pressure and worry. Tears streamed down my cheeks watching your sweet dogs play and listening to your sweet voice with calming words of wise advice. Thank you. I will envision a circle of protection around me and fill it with prayer.
You amazing bunch you all! That was such a wonderful uplifting video and so right on the button with all those points. And thanks for letting us play along with your gorgeous dogs - that made a mini supernova of happiness burst from my heart the whole way! Beautifully shot and edited too. Joyous blessings to you and yours Terri. 🙏 ☀️
Good Sunday Morning! Thank you for this reminder. I do know this but get caught up. I start the day by praying to the Goddess (Mother Earth) and thanking her for all she has given me. Expressing gratitude always puts me in a good space. After breakfast we go for a dog walk in the woods and that really calms my nervous system. I am trying to get outside several times a day for fresh air. I find this hard in winter as I am not a big fan of the cold but it really helps. Many blessings and thanks again for the reminder!
Thanks Terri, a timely reminder to look after ourselves too, the change in weather and light always affects many of us, together especially with the awful world news just now. Pets are such a great diversion and comfort aren’t they? Knocks the worries off when we roll on the floor with them! Have a good week, hope you are feeling brighter soon, much love x
Lovely film Terri! Your dogs are wonderful!! Now…I’m sure you already know this one…but Hibiscus is wonderful for high blood pressure…I make a concentrated infusion of 1 cup hibiscus flowers to 4 cups water..simmer 10 minutes remove from heat…throw in a cinnamon stick and leave to cool…strain off and store in the fridge…when drinking …dilute with water (sparkling or still) delicious!…i guess I do a 50/50 dilution or there abouts! Have a lovely day❣️
Yes, we need to take care of ourselves and recognize the many blessings that we have. I'm sure trying, Thanks so much for the video. It's a very good reminder in this upside down world!
Sending that which is awesome Love and Healing vibes to you Terri and Lol. Yes, living in the PLEASANT tense is how we can all cope better. Keep a'had bonny hinney😉🤣💝.
How lucky to have such a view when you spent time with your dogs at the water ❤️ I wish I had an herbalist to help me with my health as I have high blood pressure, hypothyroidism, diabetes, high cholesterol, neuropathy in my hands, dry skin, brittle nails and hair loss. I'm 57 years old and I have a hip replacement and my knee is bone on bone so it's just a matter of time before I have it replaced. I also have very bad arthritis as well as depression so I don't know if that is too much for them to work with or if I'm too far gone. But I really enjoy your videos I live in Indiana in the United States in an apartment where I can't have a garden and I don't have a vehicle to get around. I use a cane to help with my balance. Thanks Terri for reading this and I hope you have a wonderful week and I'll see you next Sunday ❤️👍🍄🌱
Sorry to hear of your troubles. Most of your list seems to be just one problem - inflammation. A herbalist or naturopath would be happy to see you. Ask around for reviews and then make an appointment. Before you do anything though, remove all the processed food from your diet and eat fresh seasonal foods. That will make a huge difference. xx
Peppermint tea from fresh picked peppermint from the garden is very helpful and fresh pressed carrot juice as well. Stress can really cause this. So we all have to take care of what we watch on 📺 and on social media channels. The video with the Tiny house 🏡 in France was very nice. Have a relaxing Sunday 🐕🐕🐈🌻🌝
Oh my... Terri, I hear you! As a very empathic person myself, I've had to learn to self-care and self-protect without shutting down and closing off (at times, wanting to just close the door and never go out again!). I don't watch or listen to mainstream media or news and am incredibly selective about who and what I allow into my energy field (and my home) these days. It is a good exercise to actually take a Digital Holiday for a week... the difference it makes is incredible. Blessings and grace, lovely lady... I wish you so much love xxx ps. I find wild swimming in the River Dee next to my home in North Wales is a real leveller! When I go for a dip, I come out feeling as if I've come alive again! XXX
Thank you for this reminder! It is so difficult to see what is going on in our collective world and not be impacted mentally and spiritually. Sending everyone a huge hug ❤
Thankyou terri, hello everyone, happy Sunday, no matter what the x weather ect ect,im sending hugs and happy smile to you all. Terri its a perfect film today again, very fitting, I been feeling very low with heavy health ,the garden feels yuk the everything sometimes, make electrician coming tomorrow also to change very old heating heater s,I still have our open fire which i will always use,I feel behind so much because of pain, but Terri yesterday I went out in the actual sunshine and had some thoughts and prayers of shedding this horrible feeling and im much more positive today 4am having z cup of tea I was really planning to do as you also have suggested today, my goodness I couldn't have asked for a better film also..my goodness those dear dogs of yours, and I love lolls music its very very beautiful and gently uplifting, thank-you dear special yu tube friends, im still being positive even though today is wet wet again, love and hugs x and happy thought s,well wishes and prayers, love you terri,,thankyou ❤ 😊😊xxxfrom me and my garden girls, i am very grfor everything I have beautiful family and friends and so much to do if we make the effort too.xxxx

I want you sent Love from the Netherlands that why my English always good but the message is i am you and your husband grateful for this sunday gift 🙏💚😘
This couldn’t have been right on with what I’ve been going through. I threw my lower back out several days ago, and I know enough to know I’ve been worrying too much about a sister with dementia and another sister that I have been at odds with over ancestral property in Canada and inheritance. Complicated and it had stolen my joy for weeks now . I need to let go and not take on the burden of everyone else’s lives. A light workers advice to me was to create boundaries and focus on planting my tulips for spring surprise. That is what I did today! You are so loved and adored by our community. You’re videos are a breathe of fresh air! Let’s all go play like the dogs in your life where they are so excited about following you around your herbal paradise
I hear you on the back problem. Ive cut so many things out of my life and set about fixing my mental health etc Thank you for addressing this and sharing.
Yes. Even when we don't listen to the news, it can seep in. I love the scenes you share with those wonderful nature sounds. My area has frequent sirens so sometimes our outdoors is not as peaceful.
Good Day Terri☀️ I relate to everything you shared today so much! I can’t express how grateful I am to hear all of this from you today! Very much needed! Power of nature laughter positive people and stories…yes yes yes!💃🤸🏻♂️ So important for me to remember that burdening myself with what I cannot control does not heal what’s happening around me. If I allow myself to feel joy it just might have a positive ripple-effect🕊 Thank you!
Good morning to you Barbara. You are so absolutely right - getting ourselves upset and stressed and angry definitely does not help us and it doesn't do anything to change the situation. Be the ripple effect!! Yay! That is my phrase for the coming week and hope it becomes entrenched in my mind. Thanks for your insight xx
Thank you for your honesty in sharing. There is so much unfolding at so many layers/dimensions and we are certainly feeling it. I too, have experience back pain - lower in my case. It was recently while listening to Matthew Wood on goldenrod that I received his message regarding lower back pain - a belief that 'the world doesn't support me'. Immediately this resonated. I made a choice to shift to the belief that my Higher Self/Soul/Spirit has my back - that the universe is constantly conspiring for my success. The healing was almost immediate. I also made a magnesium and goldenrod lotion. There are so many of us walking together at this exciting time and together we are being the change.
Focus flows where energy goes! Not listened to the "news" for yrs now. 11-11 is/was a portal to focus energies on abundance, love, and gratitude. ❤ We can make it our daily routine. Childlike indeed!! Be well and thank you. 🥰
Hi Terri, I found you just by searching my RU-vid for natural remedies using herbs. What a delight to listen to you & learn. The music is relaxing & the scenery is beautiful. I said “I want to be like you when I grow up”! I’m seventy +.😀 live in central New York state in US.
Yes, you hit the nail on the head. Knowing what I know and everyone else doesn't even bother, or care, it is a load of pressure. I do hope your back is better soon. That bit of wood is almost as big as Brock! LOL! Lovely to see them playing. I went shopping. I only wanted 3 bantams - came back with 5 - including a wee boy. The little peeps still cheep and the boy is a bit older and crows. Husband said what - why!???? Two days later he is smitten with him! LOL! And that makes me happy or happier! Thank you for the video and I'll watch your link.
This this the first video of yours I have watched. It’s a Beautiful video - I felt so relaxed watching your dogs and seeing the stunning countryside, and the sea. Your message I have taken to heart ;) I will do my best to heal myself :)
Oh to see the doggies play! Such an important reminder... reminds me of Helen and Scott Nearing who pioneered at age 60 and wrote "Living the Good Life". The structure of each day was a commitment to 4 hours work AND 4 hours of play. Play is something so many of us forgot in Kindergarten and feel guilty when we sneak in a little playtime! Blessings for the week ahead Terri and thank you for sharing!
Hello to you Terri. My goodness you just spoke directly to heart ! Its 2:30 in the morning here in California, I've had some nice sleep but woke up and thought I'd enjoy a few minutes online viewing a beautiful garden perhaps and your post popped right up🤭thank you. This is not a regular approach for me and I have to say it's actually feeling quite devine and quite ment to be in the moment. Terri its as though you were speaking my experience lately. I've been feeling my heart rate wind up, not in a good way and far from my normal lately. I have a couple living next door that are difficult and effecting the vibe of my beautiful home, deeply rooted garden and lifestyle, especially lately with repetitive disterbing energy. Our home, garden, land and ways have been peaceful, free and joyful here for generations and I've been so thrown off by these neighbors negative intentions. Ironically boundaries are coming up for me in big way, as to preserve our Zen and thriving property and our ways. I apologize for being on such a ramble, but thank you for reminding me of what i used to refer to as "a bubble of white light", I used to share the technique with others too, many years ago and had certainly forgotten it recently, I so appreciate the reminder as it is certainly needed for positive self care lately, in regard to these neighbors, (I've only ever had wonderful neighbors in my life, so this is a new challenge) and the current heartbreaking times globally. I've been telling myself also to stay in the moment, to lighten up, be my true self creating, being playful and consciously grateful too. Terri your filming of your dogs playing sumes it all up perfectly and oh so delightfully. Our pup is a wonderful mirror also🔅 With sinsere appreciation and delight, may your day be heartfelt and playful too, as I slip back into dreamtime here in the middle of the night as the sky is so dark and the stars twinkling. May this new moon time be precious as Autumn moves toward Wintertime✨
Hello and so glad the post popped up for you. Hope you managed to get back to sleep. The bubble or egg shield is a very effective thing to do each morning - like cleaning your teeth just make it part of your routine. Blessings for you and your home - may your boundaries protect you xx
What a wonderful clip...many thanx. Love your wee dogs too...and thanx again for the 'Tiny House' clip...loved it. Hope your Back gets...total Healing and that your BP...finds a healthful level. None of us is 'doin' this...alone...be well...always.
