Man, I remember as a kid, we used to spray fence lines with diesel , rather than herbicide, because it was so much cheaper. In the 90's , I remember it being 90 cents or so. It was cheaper than gas for a long time.

Ditto im a big dude and do truck deliveries for a living; pretty much stick to carhartt, wrangler and luckstrikes for the jeans and once in a while dickies; thin cheap stuff get torn easily when snagged and don't last many washes. Plus they have good big and tall selections so my shirts and jackets dont go over my bellybutton when im lifting stuff over my head because they are cut short; need the long stuff. Don't want my butt showing either when im working on the floor because of short shirts

My work gets us carhartt every year, I have so much I've started to get nice clothes to wear outside of work. Last year I got a dress shirt and a really nice jacket that is never going on a jobsite with me.

Had a carhartt for probably 15 years until I finally broke down and tossed it. Had a few rips and what not but kept you warm. Wouldn’t buy a damn thing from them again but they used to make alright stuff.
