@@NaturallyIntuned I’m into fitness myself and it was very hard for me when I dated women who are not into fitness, it’s not a matter of body type it’s a matter of the difference in lifestyle that could effect you negatively. You know it’s not easy when you are dieting and someone has ice cream in the fridge .
@@laylapollock5316 I can definitely see myself in you. Started lifting a year ago and now I'm taking it more seriously. My mentality, my physical appearance, everything has changed for the better. Although I don't think I could ever get into body building, I really wanna try a shot at worlds strongest woman. I workout 5 days a week and I watch what I eat very closely. Any other advice?
@@laylapollock5316 + Poor innocent animals. They did nothing wrong. They are innocent. Purely innocent. Over a burger et cetera. Five minute burger.... you can have vegan burgers and vegan chicken and vegan pizza and vegan tacos and vegan burritos and vegan curry....... and it’s good for you. Think about the victims. Not yourself..... It’s easy being a vegan. Don’t hurt animals. Simple. ✅👍 You can have vegan pizza and vegan curry and vegan burritos and vegan tacos and vegan ice cream.............. delicious vegan food on RU-vid.
You need to read her responses She is genuinely and refreshingly RUDE!!! I was feeling her the first 2 minutes but after seeing her responses I am disappointed
I have a restrictive ED & she inspires me. She's so beautiful. Great genes. Beautiful, white teeth. Gorgeous, long hair. Her & her bf are adorable together. If I ever recover (unlikely), I want to be strong & beautiful like her.
I am often inspired by stories like yours. I hope you do recover. Push for it. And thank you- I do have good genetics, but my beauty routine is as much a grind as the fitness. I take care of my whole self.
Praying for you 🙏! I had an ED for a long time, I was at a super low weight, then I started training at the gym, at first the numbers were scary because muscle weighs more than fat but I was actually leaner and my body looked so much better. I feel like the gym was the only thing to ever help me, and honestly I’m still weird with food and the scale but it will start to get better and better. I really hope you can start to make baby steps, trust me I know how hard it is…
@@laylapollock5316 you are amazing and inspiring, I am just coming out of the fog and working out and going to the gym has become a really good thing in my life. I watch this video all the time as motivation to be as focused as you do. I know results don’t happen over night but there are times I see myself as overweight and can’t take it anymore. I want to go back to not eating, but when I don’t eat I can’t train. It’s a bad cycle
You are literally the coolest person ever. I would pay anything to be trained and mentored by you! Whenever I need motivation and strength, I’m going to watch this.
It’s a lot of work, so kudos to her! And, so happy she found someone to be by her side! They make such a cute couple…he seems to be a little on the nerdy side and it makes them even more adorable!
I LOVE how you say about these fake influencers. I just don’t follow these fake people…it’s a waste of my time but her I’m feeling you know what mean. I get it. I think looking at your videos will help me with my goals on working out. I lost weight and feel so happy about that even though I’ve never looked like what my weight says I am. I need to work out more and I love how you feel that your trying to find out how much pain your body can take…per se.
One of the only episodes I’ve watched all the way through, with no skipping, really loved her vibe. Doing it for her, & to inspire herself. This gunna be my inspiration
I having that much self control is truly amazing. I am starting my fitness journey 37 and after 3 kids, and I hope I can be as motivated 50% as much as this lady.
Your body DEFINTELY has limits. the older you get the more you realize this. I used to live just like that in my teens and 20s, Nothing held back , 100 mph at every thing I did, nothing was to crazy. Now, Mid 30's , been through 16 broken bones, rods, plates implanted, torn MCL, torn ACL, torn Rotator cuff, broken orbital bone, 6 herniated disc, a ruptured disc, and More concussions then I can count. Yea I have a TON of sick stories and had the best fun life I could have , but fast forward to today, I wake up in excruciating pain every single morning, my body feels like im 90 yrs old, I struggle to lift my 1 yr old son, and all those stories, from all the head trauma, I can barely remember half of them. My friends would talk about some epic snowboarding or motorcycle trip we went on and I have zero recollection of it. I wouldnt trade my experiences for NOTHING but I do wish I dialed it back a little thats for sure.
Wow! I am duly impressed. She comes across as genuine, honest, direct and to the point. She flat out says that she doesn't like that you can fake it on Instagram. And yet she is sincere about putting in the necessary work that it takes to accomplish her goals while being anything but fake. I admire her discipline, drive and determination. We as a society can benefit from more honest, hardworking people with a creative side. As opposed to scores of people who seem bound and determined to look alike. And on top of her bodybuilding she's a dancer too? Again, I'm impressed. Plus her abs ain't playing no games. She's refreshing and I'd personally like to know how she placed in the competition she was in? Can you do a follow up?
I'm betting that this lady will achieve every single one of her goals. You have to admire her focus and work efforts. What she has already achieved is beyond word description. I'm really in awe ... Stay strong, stay safe. Don't hurt yourself.
I know right the fact that she says that people love when you're fake and hate it when you're real and that's it's fusturating to the person who does the real work. Plus she is so positive for saying don't pander to people and do it for you. I offer this to all people
Layla is a maniac. I work out 7 days a week for 1.5 to 2 hours per day and I have a strict food regimen, but she's got me beat. Kudos for all her hard work, dedication, and focus.
She say that she super honest, and on her insta page "100% natural". I think anti-influencer - she posts some fails/ or her bad conditions- not as everyone else
Hi, I wait tables. I work 5-6 days a week on top of prep. Going to the gym every day isn’t “nice”. I make time for it. I have to. And I don’t get to dance every day, maybe once a week. But if I wanted to dance every day, I’d find a way to find time. You find time for the things that are important to you no matter what job you have.
She looks like this Native American fit model named SUNSHINE SPRING MOOSE. Super beautiful. And FYI as long as you have a job, respectful, responsible, and kind you can have as many muscles as you want
She said her goal is 100 lbs that doesn’t sound healthy even for someone super fit ngl :/ she shouldn’t worry on her weight weight doesn’t always equal fat it’s also muscle
She's only 5'0" I believe so 100lbs is fine for her to be, also I think bodybuilders try to lose water weight right before competitions so they look more defined 🤷🏼♀️
Towards the end, no- competitive bodybuilding is not a healthy sport. It’s an extreme sport. I have to use the weight to gauge whether my input (diet and cardio) are continuously burning body fat. But no- year round, I don’t care about my weight at all. This is just the nature of the sport, like wrestling or fighters. Cutting weight is part of it.
Gracious darling! Yours is a very compelling story. Keep up the good work. You are an inspiration. Please do me a small favor: whenever you encounter a flabby person such as myself in the gym, please give a small word of encouragement. Your energy can do more than you will ever know. . .
