Have a double neck Rickenbacker. 6 git on top, bass bottom and 90's Pasrker Nly. Sold my Corvette 3 years ago. Still regret doing that. Was a good all around
Nice! I used Stewmac's medium/highest fretwire, 'cause I wasn't confident in the neck's ability to stay straight under tension. Turned out pretty sweet after the level! One of these with a hotter bridge pickup would be a dream come true.
@@stahmanguitars3159 thanks! Linda did a great job and it is sweet. My pickguard crumbled, had a repo cut. Graduated from Galloup Guitar Building last year, love doing things myself. Just bought the SM pickup rewinder, did a PAF. Going to do a start set next.
I found Instagram to be more positive and welcoming than RU-vid, so I've focused more of my efforts there. Also, in addition to running my business, I've started writing articles for luthiery organizations, a guitar magazine, and my email list. So, you really like it, but you “sent the invoice out to the owner” already… That makes it sound like if you hadn’t done that, there was a chance that you could’ve just kept it? Um, ok… lol
I send invoices to get paid for the work I provide, and then people get their stuff back. Never the other way around. If that's weird, consider me *very* weird!
