@@jirya538 undoubtedly he is the goat actor of malayalam cinema and most of his films are good but i didn't find any innovation and good story in this movie bhootkalam and Aavasavayuham are one of my favourite malayalam movie. So, it didn't work for me.

That's the only drawback i see in this movie. The horror element doesn't work on everyone, but it did work on me. It doesn't makes you scared instead it will spook you by creating a claustrophobic atmosphere, especially in the last moments. When i saw it again on Sony liv it wasn't that scary, but i can assure you that i was genuinely scared when i saw this on the theatres. There were only 11 people including me, watching that show, which elevated the viewing experience for me

@@anonymouspersonbehind5354 No one said that this was a horror with typical cliche jumpscares and stuff. It is an atmospheric horror movie based on folk lores, and like i said the horror elements will only work on specific people

@@truthandentertainment Actually it depends person to person. Most of the people only saw the story which was playing on the foreground, but it has a story which we have to find ourself. Spoiler alert! For me, the whole story was supposed to be a loop like they metaphorically mentioned in the trailer. The ring represents 'Control/Power'. Power makes us corrupt, even if you are a saint like person.
