He could have at least tried to gives a little bit of attention to the others, even if he still did give most of it to Chris (C.C) If he had enough time for 1 child, and to give them attention 24/7, and give them gifts, he should at least be able to try and take care of them all, give them small things, birthdays, or other occasions, and give them attention. He literally started caring about him after years of neglect. Choosing a favorite child and neglecting his other kid(s) is being a bad father. Even more so if he had stress, he should've talked about it instead of neglecting his children. It also makes him a bad father because he decided that after YEARS of neglect, his son actually confronting him after he gave Chris his toy; the only thing he got from his father his entire life up till then, that he would say he loved him, and man-up and become a actual good father towards michael/elizabeth. He never gave attention to Micheal his entire life, and only gave Eli attention till Chris was born. If Chris wasn't born she would have all the attention. This makes him a bad father, deciding that the youngest gets all the attention. Yes, the youngest child should get a little more attention than an older one, but still. It doesn't make it right to neglect your other children. So yes, it is just a video, but you literally proved your point wrong. He never payed attention to his kids, he honestly stopped loving them after another kid was born. He probably never even loved michael in the first place. I- Our parents tend to give as much time they could give But younger siblings need attention the most as they are the weak Ones and they have no mind yet on danger and safety They are more fragile than us.. But here the father chose a favorite in his children And tend to not focus on his other kids the children only felt hate towards they’re father because He never said those 3 words to them.. But parents try they’re most to give time for you but once you grow it’s time to be on your own especially When you have a younger sibling..love them no matter what..because they love you even without showing you.. I know this because my mom is like this..but I accepted it.. As I know my brother needs more attention especially now that I am older🙂

William deserved it he really thought that it would be a good idea just to suddenly say I love you and think it would make it all better. BUT when you ignore some one and forget there birthday for SIX YEARS it’s really horrible and I would really not forgive William. yet it’s not good to hold grudges against some one forever.
