Glad to see this back online! And thank you for taking on my challenge!

Interesting challenge but on normal economy it wouldn't be very hard. With 3 day months you could easily grind it out by never using contract workers and taking all the contract jobs you can at the beginning. Also I'm fairly certain the math doesn't add up with the greenhouse + water tank (as I am writing this you just confirmed that on the video lol) Grab the 2 largest fields possible and buy the cheapest equipment (it'll take forever but saves cash) and don't buy a silo since you can store for free at the train. Keep spending to an absolute minimum to maximize profits. These are the kind of challenges I enjoy watching others do on YT but don't do myself since you can make it a real grind but easily hit the goal. I'm currently working on NML where I deleted all trees and rocks and made it a complete dirt map with 0 grass. Gave myself 2 plots of land and the old Zetor with 25hp along with old implements to make my own grass field that takes up about 1/5th of my area. Put a 200k loan on the whole setup that went towards the land and equipment so I won't be turning a profit for probably 2yrs minimum. I have just enough money available to me to make my loan payments for 6 months (since i have no income other than the grass that will grow and I'm not allowing myself to sell silage) and of course this is all on hard economy since it is so easy to make money on the game. Also the only grass that can be on the map will be grass from fields and no free meadow grass. I've dabbled in making challenges but mine are pretty much never fun lol they are always long hard grinds and not the typical $0 and a chainsaw where you can easily make cash on trees. 1 of my favorites was setting up random "catastrophic events" so you basically could never get to feeling comfortable or ahead on the save. Green houses are a good start up option, you just need to do low maintenance/self maintenance like mushrooms. I personally would like to see a 5mill challenge on nothing but mushrooms. Or perhaps nothing but flowers. Would be a change of pace. Cheers

About 47 minutes in when you said you skipped time by "cheating" you also paid for it to. Honestly, thats a good Honest way of doing the work. Also thank you for being honest with stuff like that when you do it. I like your videos thank you for the work you do making them!

I know I'm a couple months late, but I personally don't mind the injection of the livestream footage into what is essentially a supercut of this challenge. I'm kind of surprised you didn't get the Premium Expansion Three-Point mounted Forklift add on, instead of a front loader. I think it was less expensive, but I haven't played with the Premium stuff yet. Edit: The way I look at being more in debt after buying the 9R than you were before, is it only cost you $25k to get a 9R. Which can be paid off after your next harvest easily enough. Heck, if you "wanted" to, you could sell a field to recover the cost in the short term. Obviously long term, you profit more from having the fields than you do from selling them.

Think you should include the stones you pick up as yours since you can't sell them. Maybe because you have to have a processing point, you could double the cost of the processing or something to offset the lime you'd have to buy instead, or maybe leasing the building?

Just found you nice episode. You could crush your own rocks for lime then you're not making money off the rocks. If you need storage use a trailer off a contract to store maize if you're allowing contract equipment for other use.

I wonder how this challenge would be if you did it backwards, like you started with 20 million and tried to get it paid off in 10 years but only selling corn maize. I feel that would be easier

Paying off debt and switching trailers too early is a waste of money. Buy the equipment to be productive first! Good vids though.
