This is the utmost humbleness....what makes it even better is the boys on the opposing team running with him and clapping the whole way! so many tears of joy fell from my face. I can feel the emotion and joy emanating from this video from everyone that night!
Everybody on that field knows how much work they have to do to be able to play in the first place. Considering from how far back he started in pushing himself with Cerebral Palsy, even for just one or two plays, I have no doubt the kids on both sides appreciated this boy’s effort even more. This was beautiful. Humans can be wonderful after all.
@gmic56ify But he made it...and your son will too! I'm praying that God will guide your family in everything that you do! God bless you and yours!💯🙏🏾🩸🙌🏾🙌🏾👊🏾❤️❤️
@@PermaJeff People born with Cerebral Palsy struggle to move, let alone run as fast as he could for 80 yards in heavy football pads, that kid was the hardest worker that day and it’s sad you can’t see that
Both teams are so great for this. NO ONE lost this game. In fact they’re still winning, and we are too as we watch this and are reminded humanity is not dead. There is still some good out there ❤
Instant tears! I love how the guy caught him at the end or should I say his other Teammate and the way they cheered him on just made me cry in the middle of the night out of happiness!
That's someone's kid. I can't begin to imagine the emotions of happiness his parents, siblings, family, and friends must have felt at that moment, as this unfolded before their eyes.
Absolutely the best ever sports video showing the compassion of what our human race is supposed to be all about.... caring and loving one another.... I'm 55, played sports my whole life and this video ishands down the best sports video I've ever seen... it touched my heart and made me cry too. Thankyou so much for sharing it for everyone to see.
@@Anonymous38572 it's not that it hurts, it that it's literally hard for them to control their limbs to do what they want. It's quite interesting, actually. It probably doesn't hurt as much as it's just exhausting, both physically and mentally.
@@youtubehatestruthtellers8065 just cuz they let him run it doesn’t mean they had to cheer him on, they could’ve just stood and watched but they decided to cheer for him
@luciddreamworks not about the money. Just about compassion and letting one person fulfill his dream. I love the fact that his and the opposing team cheared him on.
To many people's surprise athletes in most schools are held to a higher standard and are kinder to others. I didn't say all, I said most. My school was one of those schools. We had a gentleman with downs syndrome that lived near our school and every day he would come to our practices and games. He would suit up(home jersey only) and help cheer us on the side lines.
@@unclesamzbastardsonu.s.b.s9315 No, the sin of this world, but if God did alow it, it shows people like you, how any disabilities we have in our lives, we can overcome, and be, positive, and an inspiration to the people around us. God takes the foolish, and the unexplained things like this, to show people like you, to appreciate the life we have without moning, and complaining of your insignificant troubles you have in your life. Don't you see how ignorant your comment is, you must not know the true God, who gives you breath, and life each day you wake up. That young man has more heart, than you'll ever have, because of your ignorance. Shame on you, for blaming your creator, and the reason you exist.

@@heinz57channel39 I don't believe most of that biblical nonsense. And the way the OP said it, it was meant with religious overtones. The bible has some sick shit in it. Saying God bless them, as if their imaginary friend is going to do just that. This was humanity. Not a god.
I absolutely love this! He was so determined to get that Touchdown!! Wow! I loved how everyone was cheering him on!!! This is what makes sports so special!!!!!
This really brought tears to my eyes. What a wonderful moment he'll remember, for the rest of his life. To the FOOTBALL PLAYERS ON BOTH TEAMS. GOD'S GOT BLESSINGS WITH YOUR NAMES ON THEM!!!
We did something similar at my high school. Our equipment manager was in Special Ed and he always wanted to play but couldn't because of a medical condition, his head never stopped growing so he couldn't wear a helmet. Every year for the homecoming game he would run the opening kick off into the end zone with everyone cheering him on. Found out recently he died a few years ago so seeing this warms my heart, RIP Kelly, we all appreciated you.
@@jasonp357 the cool thing is they let him stay on as the equipment manager after he graduated so he continued to do it well after I left. I think he had been there for about 7 or 8 years by the time I graduated so he did it for a long time.
Mad respect to the other team for cheering along with him. All those kids collectively doing something special for Sepp, restores some faith in humanity yall

Proud , Not only the parents of that boy but the parents of all those boys that were on their field that night. That's what you call a Kodak moment coming from a Gen X that played high School football.
My son is legally blind and the coaches did this for him in a game. I ripped them a new one. I said first you should've asked my permission. Secondly that's not how life works. The world won't fall away for him just because life or his situation is difficult.
I'm a grown man that just balled like a baby! This is an amazing video! God is great and he has given all his children the strength and power to overcome! Peace and love, Godbless Man kind
That's the BEST ACT OF SPORTSMANSHIP that I have EVER SEEN, since I volunteered at the Special Olympics a local school for disabled children had for their students. It felt exactly the same as watching this video. Thank you for bringing back GREAT memories for me.
They let him run that touchdown but that man put his all in it! He was to a point of literally falling from exhaustion, it shows us he put his all in and never gave up even tho he may have felt he couldn’t go further, that was amazing to watch! Great job buddy!
When you have a passion about something and don't have to tell no one..... You can't not c that this little man loves football so much that all that mattered was one foot in front of the other until he reached what he knew would help the team and how cool is it to see things like this instead of Afghanistan or war in the Ukraine everywhere you look people are treating other people like absolute garbage. I bet if we all thought about this kid when we think our day was rough or that you have a headache you would probably have a smile on your face after that thought because it can always get worse. People please don't look down at each other unless you are reaching out a hand to help someone else up. Love you all and my hat is off to the students who organised this and more so to the person who suggested it and the came up with the idea of how to give this kid a memory he will never forget and what did it cost 10 minutes and actually showing that you care!! I very highly doubt that he would have made it so far if it wasn't for the drive and the team cheering him on. Stop the bullying and keep this up and the world would already be so much better!!!!!!!
