Regarding the ending, and what Miquella intends to be. He intends to be much like Queen Marika and Radagon were. The consort of the queen isn't quite the same relationship as say, Renalla and Radagon. They intend to become one together. Though I wonder if Miquella became Radahn's shadow and titles himself as his consort, since they don't fuse like Marika and Radagon had done. Miquella and Radahn would've been the same where the two become one, and exist as a bonded pair. There is implied incest since Radahn and Miquella are half-siblings all the same. Miquella being the son of Marika and Radagon, and Radahn being the son of Radagon and Renalla.
