Weather is definitely high up there. 🤣That’s for sure. I found the whole “stiff upper lip” thing tough in the beginning. And I miss how Americans wear their hearts on their sleeves. 💕- Ali
I love watching your wonderful informative travel videos but I really enjoyed your honest feelings about your duel citizenship. I'm sure there are a lot of people out there that will identify with your feeling. Very well said.
Awe thanks for that! Hopefully someone will connect with it. It’s been an interesting journey being a ‘foreigner’ in a country that’s for sure and has taught me a lot. And now I’m a proud dual citizen!!!
Ahhh so chuffed 😂 for you. You may be starting to sway me to take the leap into citizenship as well. Especially since I need to update my biometric residence card as I have amended my last name and I have to pay for a whole new one. 😳🙄 Finn is starting to notice I say things differently…. We have had several debates on how to say ‘pasta’ 😂 But he still says ‘ladybug’ and zee-bra. And don’t get me started on the mummy/mommy thing….😏
I can't believe they're charging you AGAIN!? You just made David and I high five and say, "and that;s why we did it." Jude asked the other day, "is it pawsta or paaasta?" I looked him straight in the eye and said, "pawsta". I hope he never learns the real way to say it out here. If I get one word out of them I'll be a happy lady.
