Yes you can do govt jobs. But here there is no difference between govt and private jobs. Because you get pension for any job you do. High level German knowledge is required for any govt job.
As the Bro said its difficult to find, for the first few weeks just stay in a hotel or airbnb, once you are in school you will meet some friends and you can tell them about it. Also try searching for "Studentenwohnungen" in munich area.
@@dndjdjvhjjjvdh Because of lot of international students past few years in many Schengen countries, as well as many immigrants workers, there is lot housing crisis especially in big cities like Munich, Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam etc. But you can always look for Studentenwoning ( in Dutch as I am Dutch speaking) which could be less rent. Also in whole of Europe prices of essentials ( food , drinks, gas, electricity etc) have highly increased since Corona crisis, and now the Ukraine war! I live and work in neighbouring Belgium past many years. I see much difference in prices now. Coming and studying in any Schengen country does not guarantee a job !! Rules for immigrant workers keeps on changing every year or every few years. Also there are other students from other countries as well...who are also tough competition for job seekers. The smartest and the lucky ones would be able to have a job, that too with a contract for a year! Remember all employers seek candidates preferably fluent in local language of the country. It is much easier and less expensive to employ Native Germans, or EU citizens than Asians. But very highly skilled workers are much in demand in west Europe at least. Especially IT engineers, Medical workers. There are even Malayalees working at the Air Bus industry, Mercedes Volvo and other industries. There are Malayalee medical workers here in Belgium , who speak , read and write Dutch or French language. Best wishes
