The fact that Dave isnt in the Baseball hall of fame is a true crime. Was great to watch on the 'We are family' world series winning pirates of 79. Jordan interviewing the big stars. Kudos.
Dave is a music lover too. In 1980s my girlfriend managed a Cincinnati record store. Dave would come in and she'd get a grocery cart out of the back and he'd fill it with records to buy. He's a true gentleman, like you it was my dream to get meet him. -Really enjoyed this Jordan, thank you.

Awesome day for you Jordan, a real treat for us. How is it possible that Dave Parker isn't in the HOF? He still looks really good, tall and lanky. He communicates really well, still has that great sense of humor. He looked like he was getting fatigued starting at about the 20 min mark. Glad you talked about the Pirates' Roberto Clemente - I was 10 when his relief plane crashed on New Year's Eve, I've never forgotten that.

Excellent interview of the Cobra, Jordan. It’s a shame Dave has Parkinson’s. I have two sisters with it and it sucks to see them suffering with it. I have been a Pirates fan for 50 years and my hero was Willie Stargell growing up. I will never forget Dave’s performance in the all stars, throwing out two players at home plate.

You are the luckiest man in the world getting to hang out with the Cobra. Long time Pirates fan, it was great when he ended up playing for the Red's so I got to see him play alot more. In the first baseball game I went to, he hit a homer during batting practice. What a nice man to take the time to meet with a fan. Reading his book now . thanks for posting the video and Thanks Dave for all of those years of great baseball.
Good evening! I wish you would have asked Mr. Parker more about his time with Pete Rose and the Reds from 1984-87. That said, Great interview and preparation! Thank you for showing Dave Parker great respect as well - Amazingly, several guys fail to show respect with MLB Greats from the past these days, not to mention celebrities from all walks of life. I have seen some poor interviewers come off as plastic, and the subject catches on to that quickly, and the terse answers begin to have a "Hurry it up," and "Don't let the door hit you on the way out." That was not the case with You - Your care and for Mr. Parker was obvious, and the thought and time he put into his answers reflected that. You hit a Home Run - Thank you! Have a Great day! Happy New Year Jordan. This was one of your best interviews and vlogs. It was wonderful he came out to meet you and spend the time talking about his philanthropy and many things I didn't know about him when I was watching him play the game and still not in the HOF. As a note, I was looking up Roberto Clemente when you were talking about him and today of this writing, December 31, 1972, is the 50th anniversary of his death from a plane crash in Puerto Rico. I was very sad at thirteen years old to hear of his passing while helping the people and country he loved. I have many of his and Dave's baseball cards from back in the day. I hope he was able to sign a few autographs for you and maybe your grandfather too. Looking forward to seeing more from you in 2023.
This was tough to watch. Loved watching him growing up. I’m from Washington state and a lifelong Mariners fan. I remember watching the 1979 All-Star game and remember him making that awesome throw from the outfield that gunned down Downing at the plate. Also remember watching the Pirates win the 1979 World Series. Parkinson’s is a horrible disease. I wish you the best, sir. 🙏🙏🙏

I remember watching him throw out Brian Downing in the 1979 All Star game as a kid he was amazing it's a joke he isn't in the Baseball Hall Of Fame it just doesn't make any sense
My first baseball bat was a Dave Parker edition, it was two tone with a darker barrel, used it in little league in the early 80's. Great stuff Jordan, always nice to meet a childhood idol. God Bless Mr. Parker.

Great Interview Jordan, my father was a Pirates fan and I remember like yesterday the We Are Family, World Series v the Orioles, One problem with baseball is that if you played for a smaller market team they forget you, If Parker played with the Yankees or Dodgers he would be in HOF already....One of the best 5 tool players ever!

But, great seeing him not giving up. 290/340/1495 stats and not in the hall of fame. Monster arm ! I have a rare card Signed by Dave and I will never sell and it’s going with me when my time comes. You got to sit down with the Cobra. You just became my new best friend today! (LOLThe greatest gift I ever got was seeing Dave Parker play in a Cincinnati Reds uniform.
