othing to be ashamed of if it happens like an accident you are too born of a mother who would menstruate every basket I understood a little wall if the one also wouldn't menstrua you wouldn't exist here on earth and blood don't stop for all if you have a hard bleed it's a condition just like a disability you have to be busy all the time and some women sometimes have to give up their studies and work because it is a big problem just like when you give perma and it doesn't stop for 5 days but women with that disease sometimes have it for 2 weeks and sometimes months and it's something you can't control sometimes you also think maybe I'm going to bleed to death and you want to be better than sitting at home and that you don't have negative thoughts all the time is there something strange going on with my body because the distress never stops but I understand mane wall many of them don't understand it but and it's not a big deal but try to learn from it instead of discriminating or shrinking women or teen girls in this world we have to live with all genders try not to mane dear mane of our society help each other and understand each other, so our world becomes a lot more livable❤
