Yo! Sorry for the sparse uploads the last week. I got behind with school and had to rev up to get the job done. Anyway, today I play the Halo 3 ODST campaign for the first time! Hey Taquin, I should mention that even with a suppressor attachment to a gun, there is still a supersonic crack from the bullet, and that will generate some noise. This is compensated with subsonic ammo

A word of advice, if you haven't noticed already, the lit up signs and displays on the city streets will help you out by pointing you in the direction you need to go as well as warning you if enemies are ahead or nearby.

gold hunter is strong but has weak hp, 2 grenades kill it for me

@@stopstealingmyname3452 2 grenades usually kills a Hunter. I save all my sticky grenades explicitly for them in Fire Fight. Might take 3 or 4 on legendary though. Regardless he would've died to the explosive AOE in that hallway.

Basically some weapon caches around the map that give you shotguns, snipers, etc. A couple even have mongoose for fast movement around the map. Just little things to help you survive while traversing the streets. They open up depending on how many data logs you collect, you even get some story you would've missed in one of the last missions if you collect all of them.

@@windrider2190 the whole Sadie's story is also really cool. Virgil is actually guiding you though the 9 layers of hell. Really deep narrative when you get into it. Absolutely crazy to see how many subplots and stories they shoved into ODST.

@@rmkingsman5789 there's a whole other sub plot following Dante's Inferno. Virgil guiding the players thought the 9 levels of hell. Its really quite deep. Also that's why the audio logs are broken up into 9 groups.

ODST is probably my favourite game to play after Reach. It's fun to to just run around, but it feels much more well balanced than other legendary campaigns.

I recommend always having night vision turned on during the night missions, it’ll outline objectives in yellow from afar

You should get all the audio logs from sadie's story, it's my favorite collectable from bungie. If you don't I recommend you watch it on youtube.

Liked exploring New Mombasa's streets. Made me remember seeing the war torn Last City in Destiny 2. Added: Not sure if you figured this out but Vergil, the AI of New Mombasa, actually helps you to navigate your way to objectives. He'll often change signs and deploy barriers to guide you to where you need to be and away from dead ends or danger... or both. He's also a very sassy AI.

Stealth is very much so an option on the Mombasa Streets sections. Aside from a few encounters, most fights are completely optional. Don't fight unless you have to. Edit: use the noob combo. Act like you've played Halo on Legendary before

Bungie, like always, was smooth with their little easter eggs and fine details straight out of the gate with this game. Look above the covie carrier at 1:28 to see In Amber Clad going to follow them through slipspace to what would end up being the Delta Halo level on H2. The detail man 🤙🤙🤙

Stealth is capable without almost the entirety of the streets of New Mombasa! Just staying far away, pre-opening doors, and staying behind cover can help you a ton if you get used to the mechanics.

For the stealth thing, you CAN be stealthy if it’s 1 enemy... but the AI’s for the Covenant are smart enough to know when they are being attacked and when when one of their men dies

The reason the suppressed wepons aren’t silent is because that is not how they work in real life. Because a suppressor doesn’t silent gun shots, it “suppresses” it. Great video l!

ngl, I kinda feel like legendary is the most canonically close thing in ODST. You're armory isn't supposed to be that good against the kinda of weapons the covenant uses, and you are relying on vitlity. Probably somother stuff could go in that facter.
