Hii priya it's really a big problem, few days before I was also facing the acne issue but now it's fine. I don't know if doctor has told you or not I want to say something as your well wisher that never ever forget to wash your hand with a hand wash before washing your face (mostly dettol hand wash is recommendable but if you know something better than that then you can go for that) . Never touch your face more than three times a day and one more thing the towel that you are using for your face to dry out , don't use the same towel to dry out your another body part and always wash that towel with warm water. Psos is your main reason but small small side issues are more dangerous than that. And always try that whatever product you are using that would be in tube form wich would be more hygienic. I wish you a better health and a better life.
