Hello, Foody!
Simple, easy and quickest recipe to make Condensed Milk at home. It is perfect for the desserts, breakfast and even to add in the coffee.
Ingredients:
o Milk 1/2 Liter
o Sugar 1 Cup
Method
o Boil the milk on very low flame.
o Add the sugar and keep stirring.
o Keep stirring to avoid the milk and sugar to stick at the bottom of the pan.
o On very low flame, in 40-45 mins the milk gets the desired consistency.
o Turn of the flame and its ready for use.
o Store in a jar and cover with a lid.
o It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week and in freezer up to one month.
