tbf..... i don't think that engagement was good and was like 90% of the reason they lost that game. (you = zbra for this argument) You hear genji ult on point behind you... vs both of your supports No one on their team is dead. You are down a junkrat. And you are diving BOTH of their supports with your other DPS WAYYY off point You now incentivize a trade.... When you are down in players... But up in objective % (aka a terrible idea) You SHOULD get that mercy kill and you swing tf back to clean the point to stop them from capping. Because then you can easily force overtime respawns The ana HAS TO HIT THE SLEEP on you, meanwhile she literally didn't have the angle to do so. and she already used nade trying to save mercy. LEAVE THAT TO SOMBRA GO PLAY TANK ROFL There are times to DPS Doom but this one was just 'bloodlusted' especially when you notice your ana didn't die..... and basically was out pacing the enemy ana ROFL while your junk was dying on cooldown

⁠​⁠@@Dr3am9553slight issue with your argument, junk killed ana before he died and for whatever reason the 2 supports and however long that sombra was there for before sombra kill stole the just respawning ana zbra almost got, the 2 enemy dps and tanks had just the mercy healing them before she died and the ana didn’t even have the chance to get out of spawn to help, what was left of zbra’s team literally had a incredible advantage and still flunked it in, if anything it was sombra’s fault for leaving to help zbra for whatever reason

@@sirdavenfisterrutherford396 not the enemy ana. The friendly ana actually had decent uptime and moved back while the genji popped blade on point vs bap. That ana was playing just fine but basically zbra was playing to aggro. Also lets keep it a stack... sombra should be getting the mercy... not doom

@@Dr3am9553 bruh zbra literally gotten to the enemy ana and mercy basically killed them single handely and got back in less then 15 seconds the sombra didn’t do anything except hit a bullet on a one hp ana if she was with her team they coulda easily melted zarya and picked off the other two whi have no way to heal, and what do you mean enemy ana? She died to junk and then Died at her spawn without doing anything she was basically removed from the match for a minute

zbra is also a one trick tho

@@addanashraf7567 still what tank is he gonna go that really counters a pharmacy? Easiest way is dps to go hitscan, it’s the easiest role in the game, aim and shoot. Plus zbra was killing the pharah because he had to, the junkrat was holding his dick in his hand being useless

The way tank is right now. The main way to play is to just stay alive. Doom is incredibly hard to kill and can even displace and cc ppl. Making him pretty strong at the moment. He’s fun and requires a lot of skill but most tanks are genuinely cosmetic atm. Except Mauga… he’s busted

I think because for a while tanks haven't had much impact. I find the best games I win, are when I can distract the enemy away from the squishies so DPS and support can flank and deal damage to kill. Essentially with Doomfist you become a fly that buzzes in and out to annoy them. Hen they get weak, go in for the kill and get out. Dwindling them slowly. However you become reliant on your DPS actually getting kills and leaving it up to them compared to other tanks that can frontline.

Those streamers are dumb, they never hesitated to but tracer in D tier last season bc she doesn't have an impact even though there were a few players on the ladder still getting a lot of value out of her...but doom gets the opposite treatment, 5 doom players on the ladder shit on everyone and they say, "doom is in a good spot right now, zbra and quake can dominate lobbies" like yea no shit people with 3,000 hours on doom are gonna dominate lol, i have 2500 hours on doom and i hate playing him currently, i want dps doom back

I mean, these are all streamers that don’t play the hero lol. They face Doom masters when they queue, but it’s tough for anyone else to hit that peak

It's not that doom himself is cosmetic, he actually has good cc and displacement, and has good survivability. The issue is that all tanks are cosmetic rn

its bc his health is somewhere btw 199.5 to 199.9 where it shows 200 bc the game doesn't display decimal but rather round up/ down. However, when he takes a health pack that heals for 250, his health is now actually 449.5 - 449.9 but shows 449 bc the game would not round up this time if it makes it indicates full health.

"rh" like Reinhardt? he's in an awful state rn, he's unplayable with all the damage in the game. no matter your rank, qp or arcade or idk. he's literally unplayable since maybe launch of ow2. and blizzard think buffing the shield is the solution, he needs mobility speed

@gwynbleidd8723 but you also prove my point too that there's something fundamentally wrong with the game where if you don't go a specific tank or even a specific comp you lose. The thing that sucks about this is that with some tanks you just can't do anything about it. If you are a rh and they hv bastion n ana etc . You could probably still win as long as you have a kiri because they just synergise so well. However if we doom against heavy cc characters like ana sombra cree etc he just explodes. And if he doesn't have a kiri he's just screwed. Even if he does his block just doesn't do enough. Same with reinhardt. Rh has self healing dam reduction and practically a one shot combo thats more versatile. Same with tanks like orisa or zarya can just spam abilities and be fine and don't even get me started on ults etc cuz doom by far has the worst ult in the game. Like bastion has 3 of his ults and he can do it from halfway across the map with zero problem and won't get mega cced when landing. Tbh I think they should just revert him back to old doom but that would be unfair for those who spent countless hours like myself mastering the hero. The best thing they could do for him is give him back his beta movement and that would be good enough as with all the cc in the game it would actually allow him to dodge some of it if the player is good enough

@@azhaline565 yeah idk, game rewards easy to play or OP heroes while skilled ones are abandonned. I love genji gameplay and simplicity while allowing very very high skill ceiling but supports are just better damage dealers than dps. Playing the game less and less due to heroes like kiriko making the game less enjoyable. About to kill someone ? tp + suzued -> I lost cause he get suzued frames before my dash while I pressed dash before he pressed suzu

I dunno anti and sleep have been nerfed multiple times, the reason they introduced a busted mauga is only 💵. Maybe against tanks the nade should cancel ~70% of the healings instead of 100% but still Ana is far from being op.

you might be playing open q, all tanks have reduced health in that mode. In role q doom is up to 450hp, while in open he’s at 300hp
