I would suggest the young lady gets in contact with her mother (without the man's knowledge), invite her to Tema, and confesses to her (probably in the presence of a pastor), if she attends any church. Mother's love could play a part in her forgiving her daughter.

I think the problem is how to break the news to the mother and the mother needs to be Councilled to the extent that she will be strengthened psychologically, physically and spiritually. Since no one knows how strong the mother is emotionally, the whole thing should be done in stages to get her accept the facts.

Her reason for wanting to expose the secret is so wrong.. she has been selfish and self centered all these years and she is still self centered.. she will stick to the plan if it benefits her.. such a sad story.. in all this, I feel for her mother..

The first evidence that she did not care about hurting her mother, was when she said that, her and her baby dad (her step-father and mother's husband) agreed to keep it as a secret, she was willing to take to her grave and the second evidence was when she said at the end that, no one would want to go out with a 28year old woman with three children without a father, in addition to saying that, she started thinking of coming out clean when, he betrayed her by calling the relationship off, hence, has nothing to do with her having love, concerns or empathy for her mother, other than, her hurting because he dropped her betraying self towards a caring mother who did nothing but to give her a loving home/father that she ended up wanting for herself out of jealousy. The owning up now to let her mother know about her deceit/betrayal towards her, is a revenge/retaliation towards the man for leaving her to fully focus on his wife, (her mother) with the ill intention to get them to break up, so, he could come back to her and maybe, marry her this time, hence, wanting to hurt her mother more than she had already hurt her. Her crying towards the end of this interview, has nothing to do with being remorseful, as she was not throughout the interview, until the end when reality hit her really hard with your exceptional questions/facts about her evil deeds towards her own flesh and blood (her mother). She was hoping that, having three children for him, will get him to leave her mother and marry her, otherwise, why not stop at one child, if she was not evil to her mother, least to say, she felt very comfortable with the plot she initiated by seducing the man at an adult age of 19 years, all in the name of everybody want a good man, that she could only find through her mother, as she did not like seeing her mother being loved and happy by another man that her own biological father could not give to both her and her mother. Imagine a child and an only child at that, betraying you with your husband, by sleeping with him and having three children for him, whilst hiding from you for 9 years, (Nearly a decade) with the man laying in the same bed as you too. She is the epitome of a monstrous and demonic daughter whose jealousy, has no limit towards her mother and could even kill her, if it means, having him back all to herself or even worse, kill the man too, if he refuses to come back.
