Just asking because it does help sometimes .hope life gets better soon we’re all here for you. we all feel down sometimes and like the world will never change but like l said before it will l know l can’t help your situations but I’m still here have faith and hope it will be fine it’s really rough but you can push through not quickly slowly and carefully l have panic attacks sometimes to l just try to take deep breaths and sometimes even count for a while depression makes you feel like you just want to sleep and never wake up because everywhere in the world around you is depression it’s ok you are strong you got this take your time love you we all do xxx❤❤❤
See, here's the thing. Yes the world is going through some shit right now, but let me tell you something, I may be way younger than you, and I may know what this world is like. It's good and bad. It's not all depressing. You just have to try to find the good side of things. And yes, it may take a while to find it, and yes it will be hard too, but it will damn worth it when you finally find it. There are going to be obstacles in the way when you try to find it, but you will find a way to get through them. Even when they take a while to get through. I just hate seeing the depression in you and many other people. Yes, we have to express those emotions, because that's one of the things that makes us living beings on this earth. But there's a difference between depression and sadness. Sadness is actually showing the emotions. Depression is keeping them inside. I don't want you and/or anyone else keeping it in. I may not know a lot about depression, but that's one of the cases. But the point I'm trying to put, is try your best to be happy. I want you think long and hard about all things that will make you joyful. If you want, talk to me in private anyway you can if you want, it doesn't even have to be in private, and tell me how you truly feel about things. You will be ok. I know you will. 💕💚
