I found this video this morning . I asked for divorce in January, but I had to leave the house and my 4 children a month ago. That is the most brutal and difficult decision I have ever done, but it was necessary. I am still married, but she is marrying someone else once divorce is final. I have my good days and character building days ( feel devastated). Trying to get in charge of my life again , and write my own story after 17 years of following someone and pretending being comfortable with the life I had. Looking forward to see what each day brings from now on. I send love to those that are struggling like me .

I remember a year ago I decided to win and rise up at all cost. I went ghost for like a year no contact and just healed and focused on me. It was the best decision I ever made in one years time I increased my salary by 15K. Found my own place and now I'm ready to go for more of my dreams. I say I desire a gentle and peaceful life and I will make it .

If you only knew how many hours I've spent listening to these videos, working my hands to the bone doing anything I can to make money to raise my son as a single father. These videos are giving me the inspiration to keep going. I take three steps forward and get knocked back 4... but I WILL NOT GIVE UP!! He's only 6 and deserves more than I ever had.

Successful people don't become that way overnight. What most people see at a glance- wealth, a great career, purpose-is the result of hard work and hustle over time. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life..

94 days sober! I’ve never been happier in my life. I’ve always had drive to want to be successful but always feared failure and never truly took care of myself. As a man, I was taught to be tough, don’t be emotional. Growing up the way I did, I had every right to be upset yet I just stuffed it down and at 25 years old while active duty military I was on the verge of losing everything including my life..I made the hardest change I ever made and stopped making excuses, and guess what? I’m still here..I did not vanish or disappear or whatever crazy excuse I made up as to why I couldn’t stop drinking..same goes for my dreams of opening a business and being successful in life..I don’t care what people think about it..it’s not my practice life, it’s my only life.. I stumbled upon this video this morning. My 38th birthday! I look back and the last 10 years has been a blur... Almost surreal. I literally lived in a state of high stress, extremes, and survival mode, for the last 10 years. A little over a year ago, my body crashed ( for lack of a better description). I went to sleep and just couldn't wake up. I could sleep for 2-3 days at a time and lt would take my family hours to get me awake, only to fall asleep a few short hours later. I couldn't stay awake, and could barely function, I was reduced to a very primal existence. I had to completely relearn how to function, and pretty much let go of everything that we take for granted as human beings... Like going to work, (I couldn't keep my job) keeping appointments or commitments, (scheduling a doctor's appt or anything that requires Timeliness became a massive undertaking). Day to day activities, sleeping patterns, (my body lost all sense of natural circadian rhythms, leaving me often, with a completely backwords schedule when I was awake). Basic self care, and pretty much effecting every aspect of my life very severely. My body just stopped functioning as I kept wanting and needing it to and I found myself barely able to get out of bed. Eat, bathe, dress myself on a daily basis .. Simple things. I would literally just fall asleep and not wake up. I know now, that living in a state of high stress is why I'm going through this. Kinda like an emergency shut down mode I guess. What I've had to learn is to ask for help, take care of my body, and just as importantly... My mind and my emotional health. I still get stuck sometimes asking why me? Other people live their whole lives and never have to go through something like this... They go through things and come out just fine... But what I have learned, through this journey, because I've had the 'down time' to find this knowledge...is that there's a reason. I had to go through everything I went through...I have to go through what I'm going through now... To have the knowledge, wisdom, and ability.. physically, as well as, Spiritually, mentally and emotionally to get where I'm going... Which I KNOW is going to be worth all the hardship, struggle, and most importantly all the wonderful life experiences that I can also draw strength and wisdom from! This is what I HAVE to remember... Every minute of every day.

Stay strong brothers and sisters. When your back is against the wall and you are at your lowest, there’s no place else to go but forward. Fight the pain, use it as fuel, as motivation. Don’t let that pain keep you down, if you have to say out loud “I am stronger than my pain” do it. Whatever it takes, just please don’t give up on this life. We’ve lost too many already, embrace it, and grow. I wish you all the best, I’m fighting the good fight myself as I type these words, we can all do it together!

Thank God for the recovering strength during my fall. I falled accidentally on December 24, 2021. I bruised my right side of my buttocks and wounds on my feet. I went to the hospital for one month and rehabilitation for one month to regain my health and strength. Now, I'm standing a little including my walking. I came home from rehabilitation in February. Had a physical therapist came to my home to do exercising and so foth Now, I performed dumbbell workout in my wheelchair and stretching my hamstrings and legs. Since this incident, I had to resign from my two jobs and will return stronger than ever before. The journey continues. I'm doing 100 situps and 50 wheelchair pushups daily.

I've being going through some stuff, man. Not kidding life hasn't been the same for a few years. I wake up so unsure. I spend nights just starring at the night sky wondering what could be. Nobody understands it. Very few things bring me joy. I've been struggling with one particular issue and it's out of my hands. I can't change it or make it go away. I've felt like giving up so many times. I can't because I have family and friends but I do think about it. Though I have a few ideas on how to save myself. I have to take these ideas and drive them into the sky to save myself. I want to win. I want to be victorious. I feel like I can conquer the world if I just conquer myself first. This is why this video means so much to me along with it's caption. I'm going to disappear, heal, and then I know I am definitely headed for the most beautiful life possible. The life I always dreamed of. This life I'll fight forever to keep now that I've seen what I've seen and know what I now know. Don't give up. Any of you. Fight every single minute no matter what. It's unbelievably hard. Also focus on you. Don't listen to anyone. I don't care who it is. Do what's best for YOU. If nobody believes in you. I do. Because I've lived through it. So many damn times. I lost my Mother amd only support in life. I have a family that dependa on me but feel lost. I am struggling to get up in the morning, to shower, to eat. I struggled all my life living like a nomad to be able to go study and to build a different life for me and it was ok...I was ok...I was able to stand up after getting beaten down (physically and mentally) sooo many times. I want to believe so bad that I can go on and be better but I just can seem to pull myaelf together. My health is not so good and the funny thing is that I had illnesses that I fought and won the battles. Yet, this depression and feeling of dissapering is killing me. I have a 13 and 15 yr old and want to be there for them. I want to help them financially for school, I want to be there to see them grow and fulfill their dreams. I want to enjoy life to bring happiness to my kids too... and that is why I am still here. Thanks for reading.

This is absolutely amazing, I cannot thank you enough, I've currently been pulling hair out of my head over school. I have ADHD and it really effects how I learn and how I affect others around me, but... this really, and I mean REALLY cleared my mind and picked me back up, whenever in doubt, I will be coming here again. Check your mental health see if you have anything going on. So many people get so use to living with mental illness without understanding why they think the way that they do and act. It takes a lot of time to understand your mind. For all you know you have a chemical imbalance within yourself and that's why you aren't where you think you should be. The mind is the hardest mystery to work on. Working out is easy, Eatting healthy is easy, getting a job you hate and making money is easy. The mind figuring out what's going on when you don't have the answers that's hard and takes a lot more time than anything. You can have the strongest body but I guarantee if your mind isn't following you that cycle will end quick. Depression is a journey not a simple solution like others may think that doesn't go for everyone but the ones that get what I'm saying this is for you,The more we understand mental illness the better our lives can be. It's not as simple as working out to feel better and be stronger and more confident. The road to better mental health is understanding first what one you have if any and how to treat that the best way you can. It's a matter of routine that you follow and never stop eating healthier, good sleep, hygiene, celebrating yourself and your small victories, being proud of who you're not what others think you should be, no matter your pain and struggle no one has to get it but you it's not their life yours, eventually you do have to get up suffering for a bit it's fine but continuing to suffer forever is a choice, you have to be your own hero if you're fortunate to have good people in your corner hell ya and if not be your own, Everyone is different and pain and trauma creep up no matter how much you try to ignore it, feel it try to accept it and let it go that hurts you more than anyone and anything holding on, Remember that at the end of the day you got this stay strong,

"You got this!" I see it a lot. About ten minutes into this I came to realize I got NOTHING. The last maybe 4 years all the same.... Work, eat, watch RU-vid, sleep poorly. House is a mess. yard is a mess, car is filthy, mind is a mess, my body has gone to shit. Can't move or breath right, always tired. I'm sick of it and I won't have shit till I get off my ass, turn off the computer and do something. I ain't got shit but today I'll get out the basketball for a bit. Maybe it will help. We are spatially separated but hopefully united in spirit. Time to get hard, even if it only means (for me right now) getting off the couch.
